<i>Cómplices</i> 2008 studio album by Luis Miguel

Cómplices (transl.Accomplices) is the 18th studio album by Mexican singer Luis Miguel, released on 2 May 2008 by Warner Music Latina. The record is a collaboration with Spanish musician Manuel Alejandro, who wrote and arranged the songs, and co-produced the album with Luis Miguel. Musically, it is a pop album of mostly ballads and a few uptempo tracks with lyrics emphasizing romance. Two singles were released to promote the album: "Si Tú Te Atreves" and "Te Desean". To further promote the record, Luis Miguel embarked on the year-long Cómplices Tour from September 2008 to September 2009. He performed in North America and a few countries in South America.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards grew out of the Billboard Music Awards program from Billboard Magazine, an industry publication charting the sales and radio airplay success of musical recordings. Originally launched as the Billboard Latin Music Conference in 1990, the first awards began in 1994. In addition to awards given on the basis of success on the Billboard charts, the ceremony includes the Spirit of Hope award for humanitarian achievements and the Lifetime Achievement award, as well as awards by the broadcasting partner.

Mexican entertainer Paulina Rubio has released four video albums and has appeared in fifty-four music videos and three guest appearances. From her debut studio album La Chica Dorada (1992), she released music videos for the singles "Mío" and "Amor De Mujer", all directed by Ángel Flores and released from 1992–93. For the first of these, she earned an nomination ERES Award for Best Video. She followed with three other music videos from her second album 24 Kilates (1993): "Nieva, Nieva", "Él Me Engañó" and "Asunto De Dos", directed by Ángel Flores, Daniel Gruener and Tito Lara, respectively. Rubio's third studio album El Tiempo Es Oro (1995) spawned the singles "Te Daría Mi Vida" and "Nada De Ti", whose music videos was directed by Carlos Marcovich. Los Legendarios is a duo of reggaeton music producers, originally from Puerto Rico, made up of Marcos Ramírez and Víctor R. Torres. They made their debut as producers in 2008, under the name Marc & Jaycob, a name that, in 2009, would change to Los Tranz4Merz. Finally in 2014, they would change their name to Los Legendarios. They have worked for various artists, including Alex Zurdo, Ozuna, Wisin and Carlos Vives.
