There are more than 1,800 properties and districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Florida. They are distributed through 66 of the state's 67 counties. Of these, 42 are National Historic Landmarks.

Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Historic State Park is a Florida State Park and historic site located on the former homestead of Pulitzer Prize-winning Florida author Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings (1896-1953). A National Historic Landmark, it is located in Cross Creek, Florida, between Ocala and Gainesville at 18700 South County Road 325.
The Historic Haile Homestead, also known as Haile Plantation House or Kanapaha, is a historic site and museum in Gainesville, Florida, United States. It is located at 8500 SW Archer Rd. SR 24. On May 2, 1986, the plantation house was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.The Homestead is unique in the Nation for its "Talking Walls." For a reason lost to time the Haile family and friends wrote over 12,500 words on the walls, dating back to the 1850s.
The Shark River Slough Archeological District is a historic district within the Everglades National Park in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States, west of Homestead, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
The Florida Pioneer Museum is a historic site in Florida City, Florida, United States. It was founded in 1962 with the donation of Indian artifacts by Dr. Herbert S. Zim and tools by a group of civic minded women. On August 14, 1973, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Fuchs Bakery is a historic bakery in Homestead, Florida. It is located at 102 South Krome Avenue. On November 15, 1996, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
The Neva King Cooper Educational Center is a historic school in Homestead, Florida. It is part of the Miami-Dade County Public Schools district. The school serves students with mental disabilities.
The Homestead Town Hall, also known as the Redlands District Chamber of Commerce, is the original town hall for the Town of Homestead, built in 1917 Homestead, Florida. It is located at 41 North Krome Avenue. On November 7, 1997, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
Field Manor, located at 750 Field Manor Drive in Indianola on Merritt Island, Florida was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places on September 11, 1997, as the J.R. Field Homestead. It is one of the oldest standing structures on Merritt Island, dating to the 1880s. The property and structure now serve as a historic house museum.
The Reynolds Homestead, also known as Rock Spring Plantation, is a slave plantation turned historical site on Homestead Lane in Critz, Virginia. First developed in 1814 by slaveowner Abram Reynolds, it was the primary home of R. J. Reynolds (1850-1918), founder of the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, and the first major marketer of the cigarette. Upon liberation of the plantation in 1863, 88 people were freed from captivity and enslavement. It was later designated a National Historic Landmark in 1977. The homestead is currently an outreach facility of Virginia Tech, serving as a regional cultural center. The house is open for tours.
The Dorothy Quincy Homestead is a US National Historic Landmark at 34 Butler Road in Quincy, Massachusetts. The house was originally built by Edmund Quincy II in 1686 who had an extensive property upon which there were multiple buildings. Today, the site consists of the Dorothy Quincy Homestead, which has been preserved as a museum and is open occasionally to the public.
The Hunter Hereford Ranch was first homesteaded in 1909 by James Williams in the eastern portion of Jackson Hole, in what would become Grand Teton National Park. By the 1940s it was developed as a hobby ranch by William and Eileen Hunter and their foreman John Anderson. With its rustic log buildings it was used as the shooting location for the movie The Wild Country, while one structure with a stone fireplace was used in the 1963 movie Spencer's Mountain. The ranch is located on the extreme eastern edge of Jackson Hole under Shadow Mountain. It is unusual in having some areas of sagebrush-free pasture.

Gaige Homestead is a historic home located at Duanesburg in Schenectady County, New York. The house was built about 1830 and is a rectangular two story, five bay frame building in a vernacular Federal style. It has a one-story, gable roofed side wing. It features a gable roof with cornice returns, a recessed central entrance, and two brick interior end chimneys. Also on the property are two sheds, a carriage house, and a shop building.
Gilbert Homestead is a historic home located at Duanesburg in Schenectady County, New York. The house was built about 1860 and is a rectangular two story, four bay frame vernacular farmhouse. It has a gable roof, a central chimney, novelty siding, and slender corner pilasters. Also on the property are two contributing barns and two sheds.
Eatons Corners Historic District is a national historic district located at Duanesburg in Schenectady County, New York. The district includes 11 contributing buildings on three properties. The properties are the Barlow Tavern, Brumley Homestead, and the Eaton Homestead. The three houses are two story frame buildings sheathed in clapboards. The Eaton Homestead was built about 1800 and Barlow Tavern in the 1820s; both are in the Federal style. The Brumley Homestead was built in the 1840s in the Greek Revival style.
The Spanish Revival Residences in Mobile Multiple Property Submission is a multiple property submission of buildings that were listed together on the National Register of Historic Places as some of the best remaining examples in Mobile, Alabama of houses built in the Spanish Colonial Revival style. It covers ten properties.
The John Inskeep Homestead is a historic house located at 70 North Locust Road within the Marlton section of Evesham Township in Burlington County, New Jersey. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 26, 1993, for its significance in architecture, commerce and community development from 1771 to 1810. The house is part of the Historic Resources of Evesham Township, New Jersey Multiple Property Submission (MPS).
