Hope Academy of Bishkek (HAB) is an international primary and secondary school in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. It was founded in 1998 [1] by a group of expatriate parents and provides an English language education, primarily for children of expatriate volunteer families in Kyrgyzstan.
Hope Academy has approximately 170 students from preschool through 12th grade, representing 22 nationalities. The largest single student group is from South Korea. The staff come from approximately 15 countries. The largest single group is from Kyrgyzstan, followed by the United States.
The school offers the following subjects for grades 1-12: Language Arts, Kyrgyz History and Culture, Math, Social Studies, Science, Ethics, Russian, Korean, ESL, Physical Education, Art, Music, Library, and Computer Skills. The average class size is about 14 students per grade.
At the Secondary School Level, HAB offers a college preparatory program, preparing students for the IGCSE and AP exams.
Hope Academy takes part in the Central Asian Basketball Classic, the Central Asian Soccer Classic, and the Central Asian Smash Bros Ultimate Classic. [2] It has annual dramatic productions, service projects, and clubs.
Hope Academy is accredited with the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) [3] through the Commission on International Schools Abroad (CAISA). Hope Academy is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

Razzakov, formerly known as Isfana, is a small town in the extreme western end of Batken Region in southern Kyrgyzstan. The town is located in the southern part of the Fergana Valley, in a region surrounded on three sides by Tajikistan. It was renamed by President Sadyr Japarov in honour of Iskhak Razzakov on March 18, 2022.

Tchoroev is well known as an independent history researcher, Turkologist and journalist. Until September 2011, he worked as a broadcaster at Radio Azattyk, i.e. Kyrgyz Service of Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty. He was chairman of the Board of the Muras (Heritage) Foundation under the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Gulnara Kasmalieva and Muratbek Djumaliev, natives of Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, are a visual arts couple working together as Kasmalieva & Djumaliev. The majority of their works are filmed and photographed social documentaries or multi-screen installation art. Based in Bishkek, they have exhibited their works since 1988 in venues around the world.
