The Hundred of Rounsevell is a cadastral hundred of the County of Robinson in South Australia. The main town of the hundred is Mortana.

Haystack Observatory is an astronomical observatory owned by Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It is located in Westford, Massachusetts (US), approximately 45 kilometers (28 mi) northwest of Boston. Haystack was initially built by MIT's Lincoln Laboratory for the United States Air Force and was known as Haystack Microwave Research Facility. Construction began in 1960, and the antenna began operating in 1964. In 1970 the facility was transferred to MIT, which then formed the Northeast Radio Observatory Corporation (NEROC) with a number of other universities to operate the site as the Haystack Observatory. As of January 2012, a total of nine institutions participated in NEROC.

Nubble Peak, also known as The Peak Above The Nubble, is a mountain located in Grafton County, New Hampshire. The mountain is part of the Twin Range of the White Mountains. A rock outcrop on its northwestern ridge is known as The Nubble, but topographic maps identify the formation as Haystack Mountain. Nubble Peak is flanked to the south by North Twin Mountain. The mountain is officially trailless and is one of New England's hundred highest summits.

Althorpe Islands Conservation Park is a protected area in the Australian state of South Australia occupying the Althorpe Islands, Haystack Island and Seal Island in Investigator Strait near the town of Stenhouse Bay. The conservation park was proclaimed in 1972 following the enactment of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1972 with the protection initially applying to the Western Islets in the Althorpe Islands, Haystack Island and Seal Island with Althorpe Island itself was not added until 1997. The purpose of the conservation park is ‘to protect important wildlife habitat, particularly for sea-bird populations’. It is classified as an IUCN Category Ia protected area.
