Career

Before starting his career as a singer, Hyder was an aircraft engineer. His first album is Faisa Gechi, under Ektaar Music Ltd label, [8] was officially launched on 8 May 2005. [9] He has released a controversial single, "Gonotontro". He wrote a few songs like "Mon Ki Je Chai" for the 90s band Winning. [5]

Ektaar Music is a Bangladeshi record label based in Dhaka. It was founded by Feisal Siddiqi Bogey, Sheikh Monirul Alam Tipu, and others in 2002. Ektaar was also known for its opposition to piracy. "Tor Premete" also known songs first stanza as "Tor Premete Ondho Holam" is a National Award-winning song from the 2017 Bangladeshi romantic-drama film Swatta sung by James. The song composed by Bappa Mazumder and choreographed by Masum Babul. The lyrics of the song written by Sohani Hossain, the producer and story writer of the film, and Shakib Khan and Paoli Dam performed in the song. The song is penned by Mukul Chowdhury and is considered as one of the evergreen compositions of Bangladeshi Music. Originally composed and produced by Alam Khan and recorded on Abdul Jabbar's voice. The song is filmed on a theme where a sailor man's wife is dreaming about her husband's home coming. Farooque has acted as sailor captain in this film, who carry out the song. Zanita Ahmed Zhilik simply known as Zhilik is a Bangladeshi singer. She works in many music albums and singles with many well known artists. She was champion of channel-i musical reality show Shera Kontho in 2008.

Prince Mahmud is a Bangladeshi lyricist, composer and music director. He has been writing and composing songs for solo and joint albums of band artists in Bangladesh since the 90's. Many of his songs gained wide popularity. His first mixed album Shakti (1995) propelled his journey as a composer of mixed albums, which immediately garnered him a massive success. In a career spanning more than three decades, Mahmud has released 50 albums including solo, duets and mixed. He is widely regarded as the greatest lyricist and composer of his time.

"Ananta Prem Tumi Dao Aamake" is a Bengali-language romantic song recorded by Ayub Bachchu and Kanak Chapa. The song was used in the 1997 film Loot Toraj, directed by Kazi Hayat. in which it was lip-synced by actors Manna and Moushumi. The lyrics and music were written by Ahmed Imtiaz Bulbul. The song marked Bachchu's debut as a playback singer in Bengali films.

Sheikh Monirul Alam Tipu is a Bangladeshi musician, known as a rhythm composer, drummer, lyricist, and music producer. He is best known as the co-founder and Band Leader of Warfaze, a popular heavy metal and rock band from Bangladesh. Tipu has been with Warfaze for a year since its formation in 1986, providing drums play, percussion play, and rhythm composition for all eight of the band's music albums. He is also known for playing in the band “Pentagon” and “Winning” which garnered huge success. He served as the General Secretary of Bangladesh Musical Bands' Association (BAMBA) until November 2020 and has since held the position of Vice President which he still holds currently. He is also a Business Entrepreneur who is running an Advertising Agency named Carnival in Bangladesh. He was also the Partner & Production Director of Ektaar Music from 2001–2005. Mahadi Faisal is a Bangladeshi singer and composer. He has released several albums and singles. He participated in the reality competition series for children, Notun Kuri, on Bangladesh Television (BTV) in 1995. In 2005, he participated in another musical reality show, Close Up-1. He launched his first album, titled Bondona in 2007, under the banner of Gaanchill Music. The lyrics of the album were penned by Asif Iqbal and composed by Prince Mahmud. The song "Tumi Boruna Hole Hobo Ami Sunil" from this album became popular. After that, he released singles "Shunil Boruna", "Megh Hoye Kado Bole", "Malik Rabbana", "Projapoti", "Chole Jeo Na" "Chele Manushi Bayna", "Antohin", "Antohin-2", "Keu Bojhe Toh Keu Bojhe Na" etc.

"Maa" is a Bangladeshi Bengali-language song sung by James, lyrics and composed by Prince Mahmud from the Mahmud's 1999 mixed album এখনও দু'চোখে বন্যা .
