World ParaVolley, formerly the World Organization Volleyball for Disabled (WOVD), is an international organization that is for people with physical disabilities. It is affiliated with the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). The World Organization Volleyball for Disabled was established in 1981 and was part of the International Sports Organization for Disabled (ISOD). In 1992 the WOVD became its own separate Organization in Barcelona, Spain. The WOVD Headquarters were also established in the Netherlands. The WOVD is responsible for managing and controlling the conduct of international volleyball competitions for men, women and youth. The WOVD also liaises with IPC (as an independent organisation) and with other organizations for people with or without disabilities. The organization adopted its present name World ParaVolley at its 2014 general assembly.

The Men's 2015 European Amateur Boxing Championships were held in Samokov, Bulgaria from August 8 to August 15. It is the 41st edition of this biennial competition organised by the European governing body for amateur boxing, the EUBC.

European U22 Beach Volleyball Championships is a double-gender beach volleyball tournament for national U22 teams. It is organised annually by the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV). First held in 1999, it was originally an under-23 tournament until 2013 when it was restricted to athletes under the age of 22.

The 2021–22 UEFA Futsal Champions League was the 36th edition of Europe's premier club futsal tournament, and the 21st edition organized by UEFA. It was also the fourth edition since the tournament was rebranded from "UEFA Futsal Cup" to UEFA Futsal Champions League.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2021 European Athletics U23 Championships</span> International athletics championship event

The 2021 European Athletics U23 Championships were the 13th edition of the biennial athletics competition between European athletes under the age of twenty-three. It was planned to be held in Bergen, Norway from 8 to 11 July., but this venue was cancelled for Covid pandemic reasons. Initially it was intended that the event would be postponed and held in another venue after the 2020 Olympic Games. Eventually the original dates were retained, and Tallinn, Estonia was chosen as the venue. This meant that Tallinn hosted two age-group championships in successive weeks: after the European Athletics U23 Championships, the Kadriorg Stadium also hosted between 15 and 18 July the European Athletics U20 Championships. For the first time in 13 editions, Italian team topped the medal table.

The 2022 European Championships were the second edition of the European Championships. It was a multi-sport event which took place in Munich, Germany from 11 to 21 August 2022. The event started three days after the closing ceremonies of the 2022 Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham, Great Britain.

The 2022 IBSA Blind Football Asia/Oceania Championships is IBSA Blind Football Asian Championships' 9th edition for men, and 1st for women of the blind football tournament. The competition is being held at Kochi, India, will all matches being played at the United Sports Center between 9 November and 20 November 2022.

France women's national goalball team is the women's national team of France. Goalball is a team sport designed specifically for athletes with a vision impairment. The team takes part in international competitions.
