iCIMS, Inc. is a cloud-based human resources and recruiting software company. The company name is an acronym that stands for Internet Collaborative Information Management Systems. [2] [3]

The company has offices in the former Bell Labs Holmdel Complex, New Jersey.

It was founded in 2000 and as of 2023 has 4000 customers using its hiring platform. [4]

After acquiring TextRecruit and announcing a partnership with ADP earlier in 2018, in August the company announced a strategic investment from Vista Equity Partners. [4]
