Malmö Fotbollförening, commonly known simply as Malmö FF or MFF, is a Swedish professional football club based in Malmö, Scania, and the most successful football club in Sweden in terms of domestic trophies won. Having won a record 23 Swedish championship titles and the most national cup titles at 16, they compete in the Allsvenskan, the top division of Swedish football, and play their home matches at the Eleda Stadion.

It was founded in 1924 and is the top tier of the Swedish football league system, operating on a system of promotion and relegation with Superettan. Malmö Stadion, often known simply as Stadion before the construction of the new Stadion between 2007 and 2009, is a multi-purpose stadium in Malmö, Sweden. As of 2015, it is the home of association football club IFK Malmö, presently of Division 2, and athletics club MAI. The stadium served as the home ground for Malmö FF, an association football team in Sweden's top flight, Allsvenskan, from its opening in 1958 until 2009, when the club moved to the newly constructed Stadion, built beside Malmö Stadion, in 2009. Malmö FF still use the stadium for training purposes and youth matches. Besides being used for sports, the stadium has also hosted various concerts and other events. The ground's record attendance, 30,953, was set in the first match played at the ground, a 1958 FIFA World Cup match between Argentina and West Germany.
Råå IF is a Swedish football club located in Råå, a fishing village at Öresund, Scania, that grew to be one of Scandinavia's largest in the late 1800s, south of Helsingborg. They became the Swedish Cup champions in 1948, and the vice champions of the highest league level 1950–51.

It began on 5 March 2011 with the first match of the preliminary round and ended on 5 November with the Final. Helsingborgs IF won the cup after beating Kalmar FF 3–1 in the final, Helsingborg were also the defending champions. The winners of this competition earned a place in the second qualifying round of the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League, however the second round spot was awarded to Allsvenskan runners-up AIK since Helsingborg were already qualified for European cup play, Kalmar FF who were the runners-up of the cup were awarded AIKs previous qualification spot in the first round.
