The company, initially named INS Global Consulting, [1] [2] was founded in 2006 with a focus on simplifying business expansion into the Chinese market. [3] In 2008, it expanded its operations within China, opening offices in Shanghai and Beijing. In 2010, INS Global introduced Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and recruitment services across the Asia-Pacific region. By 2016, the company had expanded internationally, opening offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, [4] shortly followed by offices established in Taiwan and the United Kingdom in 2018. Between 2019 and 2022, INS Global extended its services into North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, offering HR and payroll services in over 160 countries.
