ITS Dental Hospital is a dental care and research centre located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. It serves as the teaching hospital for ITS Dental College, which offers both undergraduate and postgraduate dental education with specialisation. [1]

In 2018, ITS Dental Hospital garnered significant attention by setting a world record for promoting the use of mouthwash. A total of 4,097 participants used mouthwash simultaneously at multiple locations. This feat was officially recognised by Guinness World Records. [2]

The hospital’s trademark logo is officially registered with the Trade Marks Registry, Government of India. [3]

History

ITS Dental Hospital Greater Noida was established in 2006 by the Durga Charitable Trust. It is part of the larger ITS group, which was founded by Dr. R. P. Chadha in 1996. The group is involved in providing education in various disciplines, including engineering, management, and pharmacy. In addition to the Greater Noida location, ITS Dental has branches in Murad Nagar and Ghaziabad.

Social initiatives

ITS Dental Hospital has initiated several "go green" initiatives, focusing on reducing carbon footprints, managing solid waste, and utilising alternative energy resources. [4] [5] During the COVID pandemic in 2020, the hospital staff demonstrated their commitment to community welfare by providing 250 beds for patients affected by the corona virus disease. [6] [7]
