I Rep That West is the first single by American rapper Ice Cube from his ninth album, I Am the West .

Lopez Tonight is an American late-night television talk show that was hosted by the comedian George Lopez. The hour-long program premiered on November 9, 2009, on cable network TBS. Lopez was the first Mexican-American to host a late-night talk show on an English-language network in the United States. The show featured audience interaction using a high-energy format. The program aired Monday through Thursday at midnight Eastern and Pacific, immediately following Conan. On August 10, 2011, TBS announced that Lopez Tonight would be canceled. The final episode aired the following night.

Ice Cube goes back in time in the Wild, Wild West times.[ clarification needed ] The video features Ice Cube driving a Lowrider, while his sons Doughboy, OMG and WC make cameo appearances.[ citation needed ] The video has had over 10 million YouTube views.

"You Know How We Do It" is the second single from Ice Cube's fourth studio album, Lethal Injection. It was released as a 12" single on February 2, 1994. A G-funk hit which has the same kind of mood and feeling from The Predator, it samples "The Show Is Over" by Evelyn "Champagne" King and uses an interpolation of "Summer Madness" by Kool & the Gang. Eventually Mariah Carey sampled "You Know How We Do It" in her song "Irresistible " from her 2002 album Charmbracelet. At the time of the album's release, sales were poor; in part by Dr. Dre and other Death Row artists dominating the radio stations. Although Lethal Injection received poor reviews by critics, this single stoodout from the rest of the album and was considered a West Coast classic. It was later featured on his Greatest Hits album.

The East Coast–West Coast hip hop rivalry was a feud between artists and fans of the East Coast hip hop and West Coast hip hop scenes in the United States, especially from 1994 to 1997. Focal points of the feud were East Coast–based rapper The Notorious B.I.G., and West Coast–based rapper Tupac Shakur, who were both murdered in drive-by shootings. Orlando Anderson is believed to be the person responsible for the murder of Shakur. The person responsible for the murder of The Notorious B.I.G. remains unknown.

"Rapper's Ball" is a song by American rap artist E-40, featuring rapper Too $hort and Jodeci lead singer Cedric "K-Ci" Hailey. It is a single from the lead rapper's 1996 album Tha Hall of Game and is a B-side for E-40's song "Things'll Never Change", featuring The Dove Shack rapper Bo-Rock.
