I Was Born to Love You is the sixth and final album by American musician Eric Carmen It was originally released in Japan until the title Winter Dreams in 1998 before being released in 2000 until the title I Was Born to Love You.

Eric Howard Carmen was an American singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He was the lead vocalist of the Raspberries, with whom he recorded the hit "Go All the Way" and four albums.
