Ian John Kerr (born 10 February 1935) is a New Zealand retired field hockey player. He competed at the 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics and finished fifth in 1960. [1]

Stephen Douglas Kerr is a Lebanese-born American professional basketball coach and former player who is the head coach of the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He is known as one of the most accurate three-point shooters of all time, and one of the greatest coaches in NBA history. He is a nine-time NBA champion, having won five titles as a player as well as four with the Warriors as a head coach. Kerr is the only NBA player to win four straight NBA titles after 1969. Kerr has the highest career three-point field goal percentage (45.4%) in NBA history for any player with at least 250 three-pointers made. He also held the NBA record for the highest three-point percentage in a season at 52.4% until the record was broken by Kyle Korver in 2010. He holds the franchise single-season and career three-point field goal shooting percentage records for both the Bulls and the Cavaliers.
Ronald Yeats is a Scottish former association footballer. He was a key defender in the rejuvenation of Dundee United in the early 1960s. He then spent a decade at Liverpool captaining them to six trophies in the mid-1960s. He later had three years as player/manager at Tranmere Rovers. Yeats was also player/manager at Barrow and Santa Barbara Condors. He also made appearances for the Scotland national team.

Action of Churches Together in Scotland (ACTS) is a national ecumenical organisation of churches in Scotland, founded in 1990. It is the successor to the former Scottish Council of Churches. As of 2022, Kerr is the all-time leading Australian international footballer, and is the all-time leading scorer in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) in the United States. She is the only female football player to have won the Golden Boot in three different leagues and on three different continents – the W-League in 2017–18 and 2018–19, the NWSL in 2017, 2018, and 2019, and the FAWSL (Europe) in 2020–21 and 2021–22.

The 1960 United States Senate election in Oklahoma took place on November 8, 1960. Incumbent Democratic Senator Robert S. Kerr ran for re-election to a third term. He won the Democratic primary in a landslide and then faced former U.S. Attorney B. Hayden Crawford, the Republican nominee, in the general election. Even as Vice President Richard Nixon was winning Oklahoma in a landslide over John F. Kennedy, Kerr was able to defeat Crawford by a wide margin, winning his third term. However, Kerr died just shy of two years into his third term, on January 1, 1963. He was replaced by Governor J. Howard Edmondson in the Senate and a special election was held in 1964.
Russell Ian Kerr was a New Zealand ballet dancer, choreographer, and producer. After spending the 1950s dancing in Europe, he returned to New Zealand where he was instrumental in the development of the New Zealand Ballet Company and ballet as an art form in New Zealand. He was recognised as one of New Zealand's most significant living artists in 2005 with an Icon Award from the Arts Foundation of New Zealand.
