Ian McFarland is an American musician, director, and producer of music videos. He was a bassist for the hardcore punk group Blood for Blood from 1997 to 2004, and then turned to film making as a career. He produced and directed Meshuggah's 2010 concert film Alive , [1] and the music video for Killswitch Engage's Grammy-nominated 2013 song In Due Time". [2]

In 2017, he directed a documentary about Agnostic Front called The Godfathers of Hardcore. [3]

Antoine Fuqua

Herschell Gordon Lewis American filmmaker

Herschell Gordon Lewis was an American filmmaker, best known for creating the "splatter" subgenre of horror films. He is often called the "Godfather of Gore", though his film career included works in a range of exploitation film genres including juvenile delinquent films, nudie-cuties, two children's films and at least one rural comedy. On Lewis' career, AllMovie wrote, "With his better-known gore films, Herschell Gordon Lewis was a pioneer, going farther than anyone else dared, probing the depths of disgust and discomfort onscreen with more bad taste and imagination than anyone of his era."

Sidney Joseph Furie is a Canadian film director, screenwriter, and producer best known for his extensive work in both British and American cinema between the 1960s and early 1980s. Like his contemporaries Norman Jewison and Ted Kotcheff, he was one of the earliest Canadian directors to achieve mainstream critical and financial success outside their native country at a time when its film industry was virtually nonexistent. Casper's Haunted Christmas is a 2000 direct-to-video film produced by Harvey Comics and Mainframe Entertainment, based on the character Casper the Friendly Ghost, and was released by Universal Studios Home Video on October 31, 2000. Unlike either its theatrical or two direct-to-video predecessors, which combined live action and computer animation, this film was completely done using computer animation. In the 2010s, he returned to directing with the film Blood on Méliès' Moon.

Bobby Blood (musician)

Bobby Blood, born Bobby Ponte is an American musician, filmmaker, former drummer of the NYHC band Merauder and current drummer of Los Angeles rap metal band Downset.. Blood is also the writer-director of the movies Hell Nurse, The Death Valley Meth Lab, Hearse Hotel and Terror 66. Born in the 1970s to a Portuguese Father and a Mexican Mother, he grew up in Southern California where he began music as the drummer in a hardcore metal band called Revenge at age 16. He served eight years in the US Army, earning National Defense Service Medals for service in both the Middle East and South Korea. Blood has served time in a California prison for gang related weapons and assault charges against a police officer. Blood plays guitar in and is the founder of the hardcore beatdown band Cold Existence. Bobby Blood is heavily tattooed. He supports animal rights, and is a PETA spokesperson. Blood is a lifelong advocate of a straight edge lifestyle and a longtime vegan who regularly speaks on behalf of animal rights during interviews.

AFI is the self-titled tenth studio album by American rock band AFI. It was released on January 20, 2017, through Concord Bicycle Music. The album release includes four limited sleeve art and vinyl color variants, corresponding to each of the four members of AFI, and associated with each of the four blood groups.
