State Highway 162 (SH-162) is a state highway serving Lewis and Idaho counties in the North Central region of Idaho.
State Highway 162 begins at the intersection of Oak Street and Fourth Avenue, signed as State Highway 62 and State Highway 64, in Nezperce. SH-162 travels south on Oak Street and turns west for two blocks on 8th Avenue before leaving Nezperce for unincorporated Lewis County, headed into the Lawyer Creek valley. The highway enters Idaho County turns east to follow Meadow Creek Road until it reaches Winona, where SH-162 turns north along Sevenmile Creek. The roadway re-enters Lewis County and follows Lawyer Creek into Kamiah, becoming Pine Street at city limits. SH-162 turns east onto 5th Street for two blocks after at an intersection with SH-64, turning north once again at Hill Street. The highway ends at an intersection with U.S. Route 12 at 3rd Street. The portion from Greencreek to Kamiah was once signed as SH-10 and then was renumbered to SH-62.

U.S. Route 290 is an east–west U.S. Highway located entirely within the state of Texas. Its western terminus is at Interstate 10 southeast of Segovia, and its eastern terminus is at Interstate 610 in northwest Houston. It is the main highway between Houston and Austin and is a cutoff for travelers wanting to bypass San Antonio on Interstate 10. Throughout its length west of Austin, US 290 cuts across mountainous hills comprising the Texas Hill Country and the Edwards Plateau; between Austin and Houston, the highway then travels through gradually hilly grasslands and pine forests comprising the Gulf Coastal Plains.
State Highway 97 is a 19.86-mile (31.96 km) state highway, maintained by the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It connects two towns in the northeast part of the state: Sapulpa and Sand Springs. Several communities of West Tulsa are along the road between these two towns, including Pretty Water, Allen, and Prattville.
State Highway 66 is a 192.7-mile (310.1 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Oklahoma, beginning at U.S. Highway 81 in El Reno and ending at U.S. Highway 60 near White Oak. The highway was designated in 1985 as a replacement for the decommissioned US 66. Although most of the highway follows Historic Route 66, the highway follows US 66's final alignment, joining Interstate 44 through Tulsa and Oklahoma City, while older versions of the route follow various city streets through both cities.
State Highway 289, known for most of its length as Preston Road, is a north–south Texas state highway. It begins at the intersection of Preston Road and Loop 12/Northwest Highway in Dallas. The Preston Road designation comes from the fact that the highway generally follows the course of an older road known as the Preston Trail, which ran to the town of Preston [Bend]. Preston is now submerged by Lake Texoma. The road is known as Preston all the way north through the remainder of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex to a junction with State Highway 56 west of Sherman, near the Oklahoma border. Preston Road passes through many of the fast-growing northern Dallas suburbs, including Frisco and Plano, as well as Prosper and Celina, with many new housing developments being built along Preston.
New York State Route 61 (NY 61) is a state highway located almost entirely in the city of Niagara Falls in Niagara County, New York, in the United States. The road runs across the city in a northwest–southeast direction, terminating at NY 384 at its southern extent and NY 104 at its northern tip. Conceptually, the road, known as Hyde Park Boulevard, forms the eastern border of downtown Niagara Falls. It is the second-shortest two-digit route in New York after NY 71 in Columbia County. The NY 61 designation was in 1958 after being approved by the Niagara Falls City Council.
State Route 208 is a primary state highway in the U.S. state of Virginia. The state highway runs 47.35 miles (76.20 km) from U.S. Route 250 at Ferncliff east to US 1 and US 1 Business at Four Mile Fork. SR 208 is a major southwest–northeast highway through Louisa and Spotsylvania counties. The state highway connects the counties' respective seats of Louisa and Spotsylvania Courthouse, where the old route of the highway is SR 208 Business, with each other and with Fredericksburg near the highway's eastern terminus. SR 208 also has a direct connection with Interstate 64 (I-64) at Ferncliff and an indirect connection to I-95 near Fredericksburg.
State Highway 67 (SH 67) is a 71-mile-long (114 km) state highway encompassing five distinct segments in south-central Colorado. SH 67's southern terminus is at SH 96 in Wetmore, and the northern terminus is at U.S. Route 85 in Sedalia. It traverses the former route of the Florence and Cripple Creek Railroad through Phantom Canyon as a county road and carrying part of the Gold Belt Byway.
State Route 270 (SR 270) is a state highway in Whitman County, Washington, United States. It connects the city of Pullman to U.S. Route 195 (US 195) at its west end and Idaho State Highway 8 near Moscow, Idaho, at its east end. The 10-mile-long (16 km) highway is one of the main roads in Pullman and connects the campuses of Washington State University and the University of Idaho.
State Highway 8 (SH-8) is an Idaho state highway in Latah and Clearwater counties, running from the Washington state line in Moscow to Elk River. It is 53.589 miles (86.24 km) in length, and runs primarily east–west.
State Highway 41 (SH-41) is a state highway mostly in the U.S. state of Idaho. It runs from Interstate 90 in Post Falls to U.S. Route 2 on the Washington state line. The northernmost 0.41 miles (0.66 km) of SH-41 run along State Street along the state line, with the southbound lane in the town of Newport, Washington, and the northbound lane in Oldtown, Idaho. The part of the highway in Washington is designated State Route 41 (SR 41).
State Highway 74 (SH-74) is a short state highway that travels between U.S. Route 93 and U.S. Route 30 in downtown Twin Falls. The road is located entirely in Twin Falls County.
State Highway 7 (SH-7) is a state highway in Clearwater County, Idaho running from the Lewis County line through Orofino. It is 16.5 miles (26.6 km) long and runs north-south.
U.S. Route 81 (US-81) is a north–south U.S. highway running through the central United States' Great Plains region, from Fort Worth, Texas to the U.S.–Canadian border at Pembina, North Dakota. A 229.28-mile (368.99 km) segment of the highway lies within the state of Oklahoma. US-81 crosses the Red River from Texas south of Terral, passing through several Oklahoma cities, such as Chickasha, El Reno, Kingfisher, and Enid, before entering Kansas north of Renfrow.
State Highway 43 (SH-43) is a 3.868-mile-long (6.225 km) state highway located in Bonneville County, Idaho. SH-43 runs from its southern terminus at U.S. Route 26 (US-26) in Beachs Corner to its northern terminus at US-20 in Ucon. The highway is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department.
State Highway 31 (SH-31) is a 21.025-mile-long (33.836 km) north-south state highway in the eastern part of the U.S. state of Idaho. SH-31 runs from U.S. Route 26 (US-26) in Swan Valley north to SH-33 in Victor. The highway is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department. It is known as PIne Creek Road within Bonneville County. It is also known West Center Street in "downtown" Victor.
State Highway 57 (SH-57) is a 37.230-mile-long (59.916 km) state highway located entirely within Bonner County in the Idaho Panhandle region of the U.S. state of Idaho. SH-57 runs from U.S. Route 2 in Priest River north to the end of state maintenance in Nordman. The highway is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department.
State Route 223 (SR 223) is a 20.9-mile-long (33.6 km) east–west state highway in the east-central part of the U.S. state of Georgia. Its routing travels through portions of McDuffie, Columbia, and Richmond counties. The highway connects Thomson with Grovetown, Augusta, and Fort Gordon. Except for the portions in Thomson, Grovetown, and Augusta, the highway is relatively rural.
State Highway 64 (SH-64) is a 15.419-mile-long (24.814 km) state highway located entirely within Lewis County in North Central Idaho. SH-64 runs from SH-62 and SH-162 in Nezperce east to SH-162 in Kamiah. The highway is maintained by the Idaho Transportation Department (ITD).
State Highway 62 (SH-62) is a 15.410-mile-long (24.800 km) state highway in Idaho that travels from Craigmont to Nezperce.
Interstate business routes are roads connecting a central or commercial district of a city or town with an Interstate bypass.
