Idol Street (stylized as iDOL Street) is a Japanese record label and music project specializing in idols. [2] [3] [4]

Contents

It was launched by Avex on October 2, 2010, as a dedicated idol record label. [5] The first artist on the label was the idol group Super Girls, formed in June 2010. [4] [5] As of March 2015, four girl groups have debuted on the label: Super Girls, Cheeky Parade (Until Summer 2018), GEM (Until Spring 2018), and The World Standard. [6] [7] [8] [9]

Exactly two years after their disbandment on July 8, 2016, Pour Lui, Kenta Matsukuma and Junnosuke Watanabe announced that Bis would reform under a new lineup including Pour Lui, and that auditions were going to be held. On March 30, 2019, Bis announced that they would disband at the end of their "Are You Ready To Go?" tour. On the same day, Watanabe announced that he would be holding closed auditions for a third generation of Bis, and the new and current members officially debuted at Tokyo Idol Festival on August 4, 2019.

Cheeky Parade (チィキィ パレード), also known as Chikipa (チキパ) was a Japanese girl group formed by Avex Trax in 2011.

GEM was a Japanese idol girl group formed in 2013, and part of the Idol Street project maintained by Avex Trax. GEM disbanded on March 25, 2018 and the remaining members will be transferred to other iDOL Street group.

T-Palette Records is a Japanese record label, specializing in idols. It is a subsidiary of the Japanese franchise of Tower Records.

Hololive Production is a virtual YouTuber agency owned by Japanese tech entertainment company Cover Corporation. In addition to acting as a multi-channel network, Hololive Production also handles merchandising especially in music production and concert organization. As of January 2023, the agency manages 75 VTubers in three target languages, totalling over 50 million subscribers, including several of the most subscribed VTubers on YouTube.
