Iller Than Most is a 2014 album by American hip hop artist Del the Funky Homosapien. The release was a surprise album [1] made free for streaming on Soundcloud and has received positive reviews from critics.
Duncan Quinlan of Exclaim! rated this album an eight out of 10, noting that the lyrics are more superficial and playful than Del's work with Deltron 3030, with a variety of moods and a "flow is loose and fun". [2] Nate Patrin of Pitchfork Media rated Iller Than Most a 7.4 out of 10, characterizing it as "off-the-hinges ridiculous" and opining that "Del's production style alone is worth the price of admission". [3] Spin 's Brandon Soderberg gave this album a six out of 10, calling it stronger than the Deltron 3030 work, writing that Del "sounds free here". [4] In Consequence of Sound, Kristofer Lenz rated Iller a C−, noting that Del has a "flair for dramatic, tongue-twisting verses that can alternate between nonsense, mythology, and vicious insults" and that some tracks are standouts, but although he was "stretching both his producing and lyrical wings", Lenz complains that this is "a consistent and fun record that, unfortunately, lacks a single likely to break into the cultural landscape of the ’10s". The song is named after the actor of the same name due to its similarity to the theme music of The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. The song is a mix of electronic music, dub, hip hop and rock. The verses are rapped by Del the Funky Homosapien, portrayed as a blue phantom in the video, while the chorus is sung by Damon Albarn.

White Lung was a Canadian punk rock band. The band consisted of Mish Barber-Way (vocals), Kenneth William (guitars) and Anne-Marie Vassiliou (drums). They have released two albums on Deranged Records and their latest two on Domino Recording Company. Exclaim! named the band's first full-length album It's the Evil as 2010's punk album of the year. The band was nominated for Punk/Hardcore Artist/Group of the Year at the 2011 Canadian Music Week Indie Awards.
