The Cabinet of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the principal executive organ of the Government of the Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is composed of senior government officials chosen and led by the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. All cabinet members sworn in are designated Minister , and are seated in Peshawar, the provincial capital. The incumbent cabinet is the Gandapur ministry.

According to the Constitution of Pakistan, the Chief Minister may dismiss members of the cabinet, but must do so in writing, and new appointees must again be approved by the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The cabinet prior to the current one was the 2018-2023 Cabinet of Chief Minister Mahmood Khan.

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is the provincial government of the Pakistani province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Its powers and structure are set out in the provisions of the 1973 Constitution, in which 32 districts come under its authority and jurisdiction. Akram Khan Durrani is a Pakistani politician who was the Leader of the Opposition in the Provincial Assembly of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in office from 2 October 2018 till 18 January 2023. He previously served as the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2002 to 2007. He served as Federal Minister for Housing and Works, in the Abbasi cabinet from August 2017 to May 2018 and as the Federal Minister for Housing and Works in the third Sharif ministry from June 2013 to July 2017. He was a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from June 2013 to May 2018 from NA-26 (Bannu).
