Epitaph Records is an American independent record label owned by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, most acts signed to the label were punk and pop punk acts, while there are many post-hardcore and emo bands signed to the label as well. A large portion of the record label, known as Hellcat Records, is owned by Tim Armstrong, frontman of the punk rock band Rancid. Several sister labels also exist, such as ANTI-, Burning Heart Records, Hellcat Records, and Heart & Skull Records that have signed other types of bands.

At Our Worst is a b-sides/live album released by American melodic hardcore band Evergreen Terrace. The band wrote this in their CD:
"Well here it is. Another album of no new songs. Seems like as things progress for us touring wise, things get worse and worse on the time we have to do other things, like write a new album! The idea for this album came along to us by another label named Indianola. They wanted to release our demos and whatnot, and we laughed. We wanted nothing to do with an album like this. In a way we still don't, but hey... money talks and we could really use some new equipment. These live tracks were taken from a show in Jacksonville, FL @ Jack Rabbits November 2003. The unreleased track was originally written for Burned Alive By Time, but for whatever reason didn't make it to the cd. As for the demo songs on here, please be nice to us, they suck. We were in a band for two months when we wrote this. When we first put it out we were selling our demos in sandwich bags, a long way we have come. Anyways... while you guys sit back and listen to this album, we'll be sitting in our log cabin on the lake tahoe writing for our next album. We promise not to disappoint! Across Five Aprils was a post-hardcore band from Chattanooga, Tennessee. The band started in September 2001 and were signed to Victory Records. Their name was borrowed from the late Irene Hunt Novel about the American Civil War. The band broke up in late 2008.
For Those Who Have Heart is the second studio album by American rock band A Day to Remember, and their first for Victory. It was released on January 22, 2007 by Victory. For the album, the band had a line-up change swapping drummer Bobby Scruggs for Alex Shelnutt. It charted at number 17 on the Heatseekers Album Chart in the U.S. The music video for "The Plot to Bomb the Panhandle" was released a month later. Several of the album's songs appeared on the band's Myspace profile before the release. Recorded and mixed at Zing Studios by producer Eric Arena, the album was re-released in February 2008, with additional tracks and a bonus DVD. The DVD featured a performance of the band live at the Capitol, in the band's hometown, Ocala, Florida. The music video for "The Danger in Starting a Fire" was released in the same month, and the music video for "Since U Been Gone", which had been streamed on the band's Myspace, was released in July. For Those Who Have Heart was generally well received by music critics.
And Their Name Was Treason is the debut studio album by American rock band A Day to Remember, released on May 10, 2005 through Indianola Records. It followed their second self-released EP, which was produced the same year. The album was the band's only release under Indianola; its success led the group sign to Victory Records. Several songs on the album were written during the band members' teenage years. Recorded in the producer's bedroom, the album contains audio excerpts from several films. The band toured in the United States to help promote the album. The album has since sold over 10,000 copies. A re-recorded version of the album, titled Old Record, was released in October 2008 by Victory. The band members later admitted that they were forced to do the re-recording at the request of label owner Tony Brummel and were given two days to do so which resulted in them only re-recording the instrumentals and leaving the vocals as it was on the original album. The reissue charted at number 16 on the Heatseekers Album Chart in the U.S.
Evergreen Terrace is a five-piece American metalcore band from Jacksonville, Florida. Formed in 1999, they are named after the street inhabited by the Simpsons. The band's sixth and latest studio album Dead Horses was released on December 10, 2013, via Rise Records.
Dr. Acula is an American deathcore band from Long Island, New York. Formed in 2005, the group has released six studio albums and one EP. They were signed to Victory Records at the time of their initial disbandment and are currently signed to Silent Pendulum Records. The band is known for the use of soundclips from movies and TV shows as an accent to their songs. Their band name is derived from an alternative perspective from the name of Dracula, which was originally part of a joke coined by comedian Mitch Hedberg. After disbanding in 2012, the original line up reunited in late 2019 and released their 6th album, Dr. Acula in September of 2022.
Manilla Road was an American heavy metal band from Wichita, Kansas, founded by Mark "The Shark" Shelton and Scott "Scooter" Park. Beginning in 1977, the early years of Manilla Road were spent playing mostly progressive rock and space rock but eventually became noticeably heavier with time, the band's later heavy metal sound becoming more and more apparent with the release of Metal in 1982.
