More recently, it has focused on large-scale IP video security systems. Products include Video Management Software, IP cameras and Network Video Recorders. Notable installations include EuroTunnel, Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Indira Gandhi International Airport Terminal 3 and the Canada–US border. [4]

As of 2014, IndigoVision has sales and support staff across 30 countries. Closed-circuit television Use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place on a limited set of monitors

Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance, is the use of video cameras to transmit a signal to a specific place, on a limited set of monitors. It differs from broadcast television in that the signal is not openly transmitted, though it may employ point-to-point (P2P), point-to-multipoint (P2MP), or mesh wired or wireless links. Even though almost all video cameras fit this definition, the term is most often applied to those used for surveillance in areas that require additional security or ongoing monitoring.

Silicon Glen is a nickname for the high tech sector of Scotland, the name inspired by Silicon Valley in California. The term has been in use since the 1980s. It does not technically represent a glen as it covers a much wider area than just one valley.
