Infrastrutture CIS (InfraCIS) is an Italian holding company that associated with Compagnia Investimenti Sviluppo (CIS Group; literally Company [for] Investment [in] Development), which had 38.72% stake. Fondo Italiano per le Infrastrutture also had a minority interests of 26% in InfraCIS. [2]

Compagnia Investimenti Sviluppo itself consist of 154 shareholders, [3] such as Veneto Sviluppo (3.15% stake in 2013). [4] It was reported that CIS would be liquidate as part of reconstruction. [5] While Milano Finanza reported that InfraCIS will be liquidated or just selling the road assets instead. [6]

The company directly or indirectly had equity interests in the operator of Autostrada A15 and A22 and Brescia to Padua and Venice to Trieste section of Autostrada A4 (2.21% indirectly).

The company also owned a minority interests in Iniziative Logistiche and Compagnia Italiana Finanziaria, subsidiaries of Intesa Sanpaolo.

Banca del Mezzogiorno – MedioCredito Centrale S.p.A. (MCC) is an Italian bank based in Rome, Lazio region. The bank is entirely controlled by Invitalia S.p.A., which in turn is owned by the Ministry of Economy. The company owned Autostrada Brescia Verona Vicenza Padova (100%), the operator of Brescia–Padua section of Autostrada A4 and Autostrada A31, as well as an equity interests in Autostrada del Brennero, the operator of Autostrada A22 and Autostrade Lombarde, the parent company of the operator of Autostrada A35.

Autostrade Lombarde Italian holding company

Autostrade Lombarde is an Italian holding company that owned a majority stake (78.9752%) in Società di Progetto Brebemi S.p.A., the operator of Autostrada A35. The company also owned 27.958% stake in Autostrade Bergamasche, a company that own the concession to connect Autostrada A35 and Autostrada A36.

Milano Serravalle – Milano Tangenziali S.p.A. is an Italian transport company. The company owned the concession until 2028 on Milan to Serravalle Scrivia section of Autostrada A7, as well as the concession of the ring roads or bypass road surrounding Milan. The company was the holding company of Autostrada Pedemontana Lombarda, the operator of A36.

Cassa di Risparmio di Verona, Vicenza, Belluno e Ancona known as Cariverona in short, was an Italian savings bank headquartered in Verona. In 1991, due to Legge Amato, the bank was split into two organizations, Cassa di Risparmio di Verona, Vicenza, Belluno e Ancona S.p.A. and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Verona, Vicenza, Belluno e Ancona. They joined Unicredito banking group as founding subsidiary and shareholder respectively. The banking foundation was a minority shareholder of the successor of the banking group UniCredit.
