Inside Out is the debut single album by South Korean singer Seola. It was released by Starship Entertainment on January 23, 2024.
On December 1, 2023, Starship announced that Seola will be making her solo debut in January 2024, making her the first Korean member of WJSN to do so. [1] On December 28, the official logo motion for Seola was revealed. [2] A day later, Seola's debut was announced to be on January 23, 2024 with the single album Inside Out through an image teaser. [3] On January 3, 2024, the promotion schedule was released. [4] A day later, the track listing was released, with "Without U" announced as the lead single. Two mood teaser films and their accompanying promotional photos were released on January 7 and 8. [5] [6] On January 19, a preview for the album was released, [7] followed by a teaser for the music video for the lead track "Without U" two days later. [8] The album was released on January 23, along with the music video for "Without U". [9]
Inside Out consists of three tracks. The first track and lead single "Without U" was described as a "band pop song with a soulful acoustic sound and powerful vocals". [7] Discussing about the song's concept, Seola said that it would be "refreshing to see (her) perform alongside a live band" rather than dancing like she does with her group, but she assures that she would like to incorporate back dancing to her performance in her future release. [10] She continues by saying that having just a vocal performance allows her to "show the color of (her) vocals and focus on the musicality in (her) solo album". [10]

Kim Do-yeon, known mononymously as Doyeon, is a South Korean singer and actress signed under Fantagio. She is best known as a contestant on the Mnet reality show Produce 101, as a member of the resulting group I.O.I, and subsequently as a member of Weki Meki. In 2018, she appeared on Law of the Jungle and made her acting debut in the drama Short (2018).
Kim Ji-yeon, better known by her stage name Bona (Korean: 보나), is a South Korean singer and actress. She is a member of the South Korean girl group WJSN, and also its sub-unit WJSN The Black. She made her acting debut in the KBS2 drama Hit the Top (2017), and was cast as the female lead in the teen drama Girls' Generation 1979 (2018). Bona gained recognition for her portrayal as world champion and gold medalist fencer Ko Yu-rim in the tvN television series Twenty-Five Twenty-One (2022). She later starred in the television series Joseon Attorney (2023) and Pyramid Game (2024).
Yoo Yeon-jung, known mononymously as Yeonjung, is a South Korean singer signed under Starship Entertainment and Yuehua Entertainment. She is best known for being a member of the South Korean girl group WJSN, and for finishing 11th in the survival show Produce 101, making her a member of I.O.I.

Choi Yoo-jung, known mononymously as Yoojung, is a South Korean singer and actress signed under Fantagio. She debuted as member of I.O.I in May 2016 after achieving third place in the 2016 survival program Produce 101. In January 2017, I.O.I officially disbanded after eleven months of promotion. "Spit It Out" is the debut single album by South Korean singer-songwriter and Mamamoo main vocalist Solar, released on April 23, 2020, by RBW. The song was written by Solar and Kim Do-hoon, who also produced the single alongside rapper Sleepy. A music video was released simultaneously with the single. "Spit It Out" is dark pop and Latin pop song that features latin guitar riffs which blends with "unique synth sounds" and contains a catchy hook.
