The International Maritime Hall of Fame is a museum honouring people who have made a large contribution in the maritime field. The hall of fame inducted its first set of honorees in or about 1994. The hall is sponsored by the Maritime Association of the Port of New York and New Jersey. [1]

The Hellenic Merchant Navy refers to the merchant navy of Greece, engaged in commerce and transportation of goods and services universally. It consists of the merchant vessels owned by Greek civilians, flying either the Greek flag or a flag of convenience. As of 2020, Greece is the largest ship owner country in the world in terms of tonnage; with a total deadweight tonnage of 364 million tons and 4,901 Greek-owned vessels. Greece is a maritime nation by tradition, as shipping is arguably the oldest form of occupation of the Greeks and a key element of Greek economic activity since the ancient times. Today it is the second largest contributor to the national economy after tourism. The Greek fleet flies a variety of flags; however, some Greek shipowners gradually return to Greece following the changes to the legislative framework governing their operations and the improvement of infrastructure.

Allan Richard Taylor, is a Canadian banker. Taylor joined the Royal Bank of Canada as a clerk in his hometown at the age of sixteen. He rose to become the chairman and CEO of the bank, serving in that capacity from 1986 until 1995.
Nikolas Tsakos is a Greek shipowner. He is the Founder, President and CEO of Tsakos Energy Navigation (TEN) Limited, a pioneering company which is the longest established Greek shipping public listing. He was the former chairman of the International Association of Independent Tanker Owners from 2014 to 2018.
Maggie Wilderotter is an American businessperson who is the chairwoman of DocuSign and the former chief executive officer of Frontier Communications, from November 2004 to April 2015; then executive chairman of the company until April 2016. During her tenure with Frontier, the company grew from a regional telephone company with customer revenues of less than $3 billion to a national broadband, voice and video provider with operations in 29 states and annualized revenues in excess of $10 billion.
Rocco Benito Commisso is an Italian-born American billionaire businessman, and the founder, chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Mediacom, the fifth largest cable television company in the US. As of 2011, the company is privately owned by Commisso. He previously worked for companies including Cablevision, the Royal Bank of Canada, and Chase Manhattan Bank. Since 2017, Commisso has been the owner and chairman of the New York Cosmos, and since June 2019, the owner of the Italian football club ACF Fiorentina.
Bret Clifton Gilliam was an American pioneering technical diver. He was most famous as co-founder of the certification agency Technical Diving International along with Mitch Skaggs, and as the one time holder of the world record for deep diving on air. He is also one of diving's most popular writers. Gilliam is the author or coauthor of 72 books, over 1500 feature magazine articles, and over 100 magazine cover photos. In his diving career he has logged over 19,000 dives(NOT VERIFIED) since 1959.
Ramon See Ang, also known by his initials RSA, is a Filipino businessman. He is the president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Top Frontier Investment Holdings, Inc., the largest shareholder of San Miguel Corporation (SMC). He is also the president and CEO of SMC and the chairman of Cyber Bay Corporation and Eagle Cement Corporation.
Anastasios "Takis" Kyriakides is a Greek-American businessman and inventor who is the founder and chief executive officer of NT Connect Holdings Inc. Kyriakides holds several patents and has founded a number of companies, including Lexicon Corporation, Mylex Corporation, Regency Cruises Line, netTALK CONNECT and netTALK Maritime.
Patti S. Hart is the vice chairman of International Game Technology (IGT). She previously served as its CEO from April 2009 through April 2015, and has served on the company's board of directors since June 2006.
The National Cyber Security Hall of Fame, founded by Larry Letow and Rick Geritz, was established in 2012 to recognize the contributions of key individuals in the field of cyber security; its mission statement is, Respect the Past - Protect the Future. According to its website, it is designed to honor the innovative individuals and organizations which had the vision and leadership to create the fundamental building blocks for the cybersecurity Industry. The organization also highlights major milestones in the industry's 40-year history through a timeline representation, which includes inductees and their corresponding accomplishments.

Philip Fasano was an executive vice president and the chief information officer at American International Group (AIG). Formerly he served as executive vice president and chief information officer at Kaiser Permanente. In addition, Fasano also served in IT leadership roles at Capital One Financial, JP Morgan Chase, and Deutsche Financial Services, among others. In 2017, Fasano was inducted into the CIO Hall of Fame, a special career recognition bestowed by CIO Magazine, the executive-level tech media brand providing insight into business technology leadership, as a CIO whose outstanding work has shown both creative vision and practical leadership in information technology. While Fasano served as an executive vice president and chief information officer at Kaiser Permanente, he was also honored as Health Information Technology Man of the Year as part of Healthcare IT News’ second annual Health IT Men and Women Awards. He is the author of Transforming Health Care: The Financial Impact of Technology, Electronic Tools and Data Mining. Fasano currently serves on the board of trustees at the New York Institute of Technology. He graduated with a BS degree in computer science from New York Institute of Technology.

Christopher J. Wiernicki is a naval architect, engineer, and businessperson. He is the Chairman and CEO of American Bureau of Shipping, an international classification organization, and also serves as Chairman of ABS Group of Companies, a global risk consulting and technical services company. He is a serving member of the President's National Infrastructure Advisory Council (NIAC).
Chung Mong-won is a South Korean ice hockey administrator and businessman. He has served as chief executive officer of both Halla Group and Mando Corporation, founded the Anyang Halla hockey team in 1994, and co-founded Asia League Ice Hockey in 2003. He became involved in international ice hockey as manager of the South Korea men's national ice hockey team in 2003, then became chairman of the Korea Ice Hockey Association in 2013, and implemented a development plan for the men's national team and the South Korea women's national ice hockey team in advance of ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Olympics hosted in South Korea. Under his leadership, the men's national team earned promotion to the top tier at the 2018 IIHF World Championship, and the women's national team played in the 2018 Winter Olympics on a Unified Korea team with North Korea. The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) has named Chung to its 2020 IIHF Hall of Fame group of inductees.
