Science fiction fandom or SF fandom is a community or fandom of people interested in science fiction in contact with one another based upon that interest. SF fandom has a life of its own, but not much in the way of formal organization.

Harry Martinson was a Swedish writer, poet and former sailor. In 1949 he was elected into the Swedish Academy. The Swedish Senior Citizen Interest Party is a political party in Sweden. As of 2018, it holds no seats in parliament or regional councils, but is represented in Hörby municipal council. The party did not campaign on the national level in the 2018 election. The current party chairman is Göran Dandelo.
Svenska cupen is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system. The winners qualify for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League. The winner is awarded the Gustaf VI Adolf cup.
The Future Combat Air System (FCAS), is a European combat system of systems under development by Dassault Aviation, Airbus and Indra Sistemas. The FCAS will consist of a Next-Generation Weapon System (NGWS) as well as other air assets in the future operational battlespace. The NGWS's components will be remote carrier vehicles as well as a New Generation Fighter (NGF)—a planned sixth-generation jet fighter—that will possibly supersede France's Rafale and Germany and Spain's Typhoons.
Underwater rugby (UWR) is an underwater team sport in which two teams compete to score a negatively buoyant ball into the opponents’ goal at the bottom of a swimming pool. It originated from the physical fitness training programs in German diving clubs during the early 1960s. Recognized by the Confédération Mondiale des Activités Subaquatiques (CMAS) in 1978, it was first played in a world championship in 1980.
Gefle Idrottsförening, also known simply as Gefle IF, Gefle, or locally Gif, also known as Gefle IF FF by the Swedish Football Association, are a Swedish professional football club based in Gävle. The club is affiliated with Gestriklands Fotbollförbund and play their home games at Gavlevallen since the 2015 season. The club colours are blue and white. Formed on 5 December 1882 as Gefle SK, the club have played fifteen seasons in Sweden's highest football league Allsvenskan, with the first season being 1933–34. The club is currently playing in Superettan, the second tier of Swedish football.
Swedish Americans are Americans of Swedish descent. The history of Swedish Americans dates back to the early colonial times, with notable migration waves occurring in the 19th and early 20th centuries and approximately 1.2 million arriving between 1865–1915. These immigrants settled predominantly in the Midwest, particularly in states like Minnesota, Illinois, and Wisconsin, in similarity with other Nordic and Scandinavian Americans. Populations also grew in the Pacific Northwest in the states of Oregon and Washington at the turn of the twentieth century.

There are 1,822 registered football clubs and about 25,000 teams. There are 393,801 registered football players, which means that 8.5% of the population play organized football.
Quite Interesting Limited is a British research company, most notable for providing the research for the British television panel game QI and the Swedish version Intresseklubben, as well as other QI–related programmes and products. The company founder and chairman is John Lloyd, the creator and producer of QI, and host of the radio panel game The Museum of Curiosity, which also uses Quite Interesting Limited for its research. John Mitchinson is the company's director and also works as head of research for QI.

The Pirate Party Turkey is a political organization in Turkey based on the model of the Swedish Pirate Party. It was firstly founded by Serdar Kuzuloğlu and İsmail Hakkı Polat on August 26, 2009. After getting dissolved in 2010 due to infighting and disagreements, it got refound in 2013 by Serhat Koç, Barış Büyükakyol and Şevket Uyanık. The organization is inactive since 2015 and a reorganization attempt in 2017 got unsuccessful. The organization got a third refoundation on January 21, 2021, which is still in process of reorganizing the old supporters while trying to appeal to the new generation.

The National Second Division (NSD), also referred to as the National Second Tier (NST), is an upcoming Australian national second-tier men's soccer competition, to be run by Football Australia and the Association of Australian Football Clubs (AAFC). The annual tournament will consist of 16 teams from the existing National Premier Leagues competition and will take place following the NPL season. The league's focus would be to improve player development and to boost the overall standing of the game in Australia by generating new interest and revenue.
