The Mexicana Universal is a national beauty pageant in Mexico held annually since 2018, replacing the former pageant, Nuestra Belleza México, held since 1994. Currently, the pageant is responsible for selecting the country's delegates to Miss International, Reina Hispanoamericana, Miss Charm, Nuestra Latinoamericana Universal, and Miss Orb International. The current Mexicana Universal is Melissa Flores of Michoacán, who represented Mexico at Miss Universe 2023 but was unplaced.

Ana Girault of Ciudad de México was crowned as the titleholder for 2016 and Andrea Meza of Chihuahua was crowned as the titleholder for 2017. Meza represented the country at Miss World 2017 in China.
Melissa Flores Godínez is a Mexican beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Mexicana Universal 2023. She represented Mexico at the Miss Universe 2023 pageant in El Salvador where she was unplaced.
Andrea Isabel Toscano Ramírez is a Mexican beauty pageant titleholder who won Mexicana Universal 2018 on June 3, 2018. She represented Mexico at Miss Universe 2018, but was unplaced. Toscano represented Mexico at Miss International 2019 and was first runner-up.
Valeria María Ayos Bossa is a Colombian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Colombia 2021. She represented Colombia at Miss Universe 2021 in Israel where she finished as a top 5 finalist.
Señorita Colombia 2019 was the 67th edition of the Miss Colombia pageant. It was held at the Cartagena de Indias Convention Center in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia on November 11, 2019.
Mexicana Universal 2019 was the second edition of the Mexicana Universal beauty pageant, formerly called Nuestra Belleza Mexico until 2017. Andrea Toscano of Colima crowned her successor Sofía Aragón of Jalisco at the end of the event. Claudia Lozano of Nuevo León crowned Andrea Meza of Chihuahua at the end event. Meza represented Mexico at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant which she won to become the third Mexican Miss Universe.
Yuridia del Carmen Durán Peña is a Mexican model and beauty pageant titleholder who participated in Mexicana Universal 2019 on June 23, 2019, where she won the title of Mexicana Universal Internacional 2020. She represented Mexico in Miss International 2022 pageant held in Tokyo, Japan.
Miss Mexico 2018 was the second edition of the Miss Mexico pageant, held on Saturday May 5, 2018 at the Imperial Hall of Villa Toscana Eventos in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico. The winner was Vanessa Ponce de León of Ciudad de México and she represented Mexico in Miss World 2018. Ponce de León was crowned by outgoing titleholder Andrea Meza.

Miss Universe Panamá 2022 was the first Miss Universe Panamá pageant and 56thMiss Panamá selection, held to select Panama's representative to the Miss Universe pageant. This was the first edition of the renewed Miss Universe Panama Pageant, after the Miss Universe organization awarded the license to event producer Ricardo Canto who had been named the new director of the pageant in 2022.
Alessia Rovegno Cayo is a Peruvian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Peru 2022. Rovegno represented Peru at Miss Universe 2022 and reached the top 16.
Tania Estrada Quezada is a Mexican tv host, model and beauty pageant titleholder who won Mexicana Universal 2023. She will represent her country at Miss Grand International 2024 to be held in Thailand and Cambodia.
Alejandra Guajardo Sada is a Salvadoran beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe El Salvador 2022. She represented El Salvador at the Miss Universe 2022. She continues to represent Miss Charm 2024 taking place in Los Angeles.
