Isara is one of the woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Dawro Zone, Isara is bordered on the south by the Omo River which separates this woreda from the Gamo Gofa Zone, on the west by the Konta special woreda, on the north by the Tocha, on the northeast by Mareka, and on the east by Loma Bosa. Towns in Isara include Bale. Isara was part of former Isara Tocha woreda.
Based on the 2007 Census conducted by the CSA, this woreda has a total population of 64,950, of whom 32,833 are men and 32,117 women; 4,030 or 6.21% of its population are urban dwellers. The majority of the inhabitants practiced Ethiopian Orthodox Christianity, with 47.27% of the population reporting that belief, 34.65% were Protestants, 13.97% practiced traditional beliefs, and 2.25% embraced Catholicism. Angacha is one of the woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Kembata Tembaro Zone, Angacha is bordered on the south by Kacha Bira, on the west by Doyogena, on the north by the Hadiya Zone, on the east by Damboya, and on the southeast by Kedida Gamela. Towns in Angacha include Angacha, the administration center and Funemura, a fast growing town in northern part of Angacha woreda. Western part of Angacha woreda was separated to create Doyogena woreda including Amecho Wato town.
Mareka Gena was one of the 77 woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Semien Omo Zone, Mareka Gena was a triangle-shaped area located south of the confluence of the Omo River and its east-flowing tributary the Gojeb River, bordered on the southeast by Loma Bosa, on the west by Isara Tocha, and on the north by the Oromia Region. Towns in Mareka Gena included Wacca and Weldehane. Mareka Gena was divided for Gena Bosa and Mareka woredas.
Loma Bosa was one of the 77 woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Dawro Zone, Loma Bosa was bordered on the south by the Gamo Gofa Zone, on the west by Isara Tocha, on the northwest by Mareka Gena, on the north by the Kembata Tembaro Zone, and on the east by the Wolayita Zone; the Omo River defined Loma Bose's boundary on the northeast, east and south. The major town in Loma Bosa was Loma Bale. Loma Bosa was divided for Loma and Gena Bos woredas.

The major town in Melokoza is Leha.
Dawuro is a zone in the Ethiopian Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR). It is located at about 500km southwest of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia and 275 km of Hawassa, the capital of the SNNPR. Dawruo is bordered on the south by Gamo Gofa Zone, on the west by the Konta special woreda, on the north by the Gojeb River which defines its boundary with the Oromia Region, on the northeast by Hadiya and Kembata Tembaro Zones, and on the east by Wolayita Zone; the Omo River defines its eastern and southern boundaries. The administrative center of Dawuro was Waka before it was transferred to Tarcha.
Abeshge is one of the woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Gurage Zone, Abeshge is bordered on the south by the Wabe River which separates it from Cheha, on the west and north by the Oromia Region, and on the east by Kebena.
