Strait Out of the Box is the first box set album by American country music artist George Strait. It contains four albums' worth of music, dating from 1976 to 1995. It mainly consists of Strait's singles, except for a select few that he decided to exclude. They were replaced by his choice of album cuts and several studio outtakes. It also contains his three singles recorded in the 1970s for indie label D Records, one of which, "I Just Can't Go on Dying Like This", was re-recorded for Strait's 2013 album Love Is Everything.
Now is the third and final studio album by American country music singer Jessica Andrews. It was released on April 15, 2003. The single "There's More to Me Than You" served as its lead-off single, reaching Top 20 on the country charts. "Good Time" was also a single, peaking at number 49 on the country charts.
The New Nashville Cats is a country album by Mark O'Connor, in conjunction with a variety of other musical artists. O'Connor selected a group of over fifty Nashville musicians, many of whom had worked with him as session musicians. The album was intended to "showcase the instrumental side of the Nashville recording scene". It was awarded two Grammys: Best Country Instrumental Performance for O'Connor, and Best Country Collaboration with Vocals for Vince Gill, Ricky Skaggs, and Steve Wariner's performance in "Restless". This song also charted at #25 on Hot Country Songs in 1991.
Leap of Faith is the seventh studio album by American singer-songwriter Kenny Loggins. The album was released on September 10, 1991, by Columbia Records. It was the first album Loggins released after a divorce, and is notably longer than his previous solo albums. Singles from the album included "The Real Thing," "If You Believe," "Now or Never," and "Conviction of the Heart," the latter of which was later dubbed "the unofficial anthem of the environmental movement" by Vice President Al Gore. "I Would Do Anything" features Sheryl Crow who can also be heard in the title song along with Smokey Robinson.
Lisa Brokop is the self-titled third studio album by Canadian country music artist Lisa Brokop. It was released on February 20, 1996 by Capitol Nashville. "She Can't Save Him," "Before He Kissed Me" and "West of Crazy" were all released as singles. Reba McEntire and Trisha Yearwood covered "She Can't Save Him" on McEntire's 2007 album Reba: Duets.
I Am Ready is American country music artist Steve Wariner's tenth studio album. It was released in 1991 on Arista Nashville as his first for the label, following his departure from MCA Records. Singles from the album include "Leave Him Out of This", "The Tips of My Fingers", "A Woman Loves", "Crash Course in the Blues" and "Like a River to the Sea". Respectively, these reached #6, #3, #9, #32 and #30 on the Billboard country charts. The album was certified gold by the RIAA, and was Wariner's first album to achieve that certification.
Greatest Hits is the first compilation album by American country music artist Bryan White. It was released in 2000 on Asylum Records. The album includes ten of his greatest hits from his first three studio albums: his 1994 self-titled debut, 1996's Between Now and Forever and 1997's The Right Place, as well as "From This Moment On", his 1998 duet with Shania Twain. Two new tracks, "How Long" and "The Way You Look at Me", are also included. The former was released as a single, peaking at #56 on the country charts in 2000.
Won't Be Blue Anymore is the fifth studio album by American country music artist Dan Seals. It was his most successful studio album; the only one to reach No. 1 on the Top Country Albums chart. The album featured some of Seals most popular songs, including "Bop" and "Meet Me in Montana", a duet with Marie Osmond. These and the third single, "Everything That Glitters ", all reached No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart. "Bop" was a major crossover hit, peaking at No. 10 on the Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks chart. The compact disc format of this album was released on the album's initial release. It has been out-of-print for more than 20 years and is highly collectible.
Walking the Wire is an album released by American country music singer Dan Seals. It was his first for the Warner Brothers label. Three of its four singles charted, which were "Sweet Little Shoe", "Mason Dixon Line", and "When Love Comes Around the Bend". The B-side to "Mason Dixon Line", titled "Be My Angel", was later a non-album single for Lionel Cartwright, peaking at number 63 in late 1992.
Life's Highway is the fourth studio album by American country music artist Steve Wariner. It was released in 1985 by MCA. Three singles were released from it in 1986, and the first two singles, including the title track, went to number-one. This album peaked at #22. Rodney Crowell later recorded "She's Crazy for Leaving" on his 1989 album Diamonds & Dirt.
I Should Be with You is the sixth studio album by American country music artist Steve Wariner. It was released on March 7, 1988 by MCA Records. It includes the singles "Baby I'm Yours", "I Should Be With You" and "Hold On ", which reached #2, #2, and #6, respectively, on the Billboard country charts. The album peaked at #20 on Top Country Albums. "More Than Enough" was recorded the same year by Glen Campbell on Light Years, also produced by Jimmy Bowen for MCA.
I Got Dreams is the seventh studio album by American country music artist Steve Wariner. It was released in 1989 by MCA Records. The album includes "Where Did I Go Wrong", "I Got Dreams" and "When I Could Come Home to You". "Where Did I Go Wrong" and "I Got Dreams" were both Number One country hits for him, and "When I Could Come Home to You" peaked at #5.
One Good Night Deserves Another is the third studio album by American country music artist Steve Wariner. It was released in 1985 by MCA Records. The album produced three singles, "What I Didn't Do", "Heart Trouble", and "Some Fools Never Learn", which respectively reached #3, #8, and #1 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart. "Some Fools Never Learn" was number one for one week and spent a total of twenty-two weeks on the chart.
Love Like Crazy is the debut studio album by American country music artist Lee Brice. It was released on June 8, 2010 by Curb Records. Prior to the album's release, Brice charted three singles: "She Ain't Right," "Happy Endings" and "Upper Middle Class White Trash." The album's title track debuted in August 2009. The album's second single "Beautiful Every Time" released to radio on October 25, 2010.
Faith in You is the sixteenth studio album by American country music singer Steve Wariner, released on May 9, 2000. His third and final release for Capitol Nashville, it includes the singles "Faith in You" and "Katie Wants a Fast One", the latter a duet with labelmate Garth Brooks. Also included is the radio edit of the Clint Black duet "Been There", from Black's 1999 album D'lectrified.
