Jack Wallace (born June 24, 1998) is an African-American ice sled hockey player. He was a member of the gold medal-winning US team at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Paralympics.
Wallace's disability stems from an amputation of his right leg above the knee after a water skiing accident in youth. [1]
A resident of Nashville, Tennessee, Wallace grew up in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey graduated from Indian Hills High School in 2016. [2] He graduated from The College Of New Jersey (TCNJ) with a BS in Biomedical Engineering in 2020.[ citation needed ]
At the 2022 Winter Paralympics, he won a second gold medal with Team USA. He was voted best defenseman in the Paralympic tournament.[ citation needed ]
Indian Hills High School is a comprehensive four-year public high school serving students in ninth through twelfth grades, located in Bergen County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The school is a part of the Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District, serving students from Franklin Lakes, Oakland and Wyckoff. The high school is located in Oakland. Ramapo High School is the other high school in the district. Students from the three feeder districts may make the choice of which high school to attend by February of the year that they are in eighth grade.
Sledge hockey, also known as Sled hockey in American English, and Para ice hockey in international competition, is an adaptation of ice hockey for players who have a physical disability. The sport was invented in the early 1960s at a rehabilitation centre in Stockholm, Sweden, and played under similar rules to standard ice hockey. Players are seated on sleds and use special hockey sticks with metal "teeth" on the tips of their handles to navigate the ice. Playing venues use an ice hockey rink.
Guy Gordon Gosselin is an American professional ice sled hockey coach and former ice hockey defenseman. He was drafted in the eighth round, 159th overall, by the Winnipeg Jets in the 1982 NHL Entry Draft.

Steven Cash is an ice sled hockey player from the United States. Cash is in his 13th season with the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team since making his debut in the 2005–06 season. Cash plays goalie and was a member of the U.S. teams that won gold in the 2010 Winter Paralympic Games in Vancouver, 2014 Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi, and 2018 Winter Paralympic Games in Pyeongchang. He was also part of the team that won the bronze medal in the 2006 Winter Paralympics in Torino.
Joshua Pauls is an ice sled hockey player from USA and Member of the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team. He took part in the 2010 Winter Paralympics in Vancouver, where USA won gold. They beat Japan 2–0 in the final.
Adam Glynn Page is an ice sled hockey player and Paralympic gold medalist. He won the gold medal with Team USA while competing at the 2010, 2014, and 2018 Winter Paralympics.

Daniel Frank McCoy is an ice sled hockey player from the US and former member of the U.S. National Sled Hockey Team. Dan took part in the 2014 Winter Paralympics in Sochi, where USA won the gold medal. The US defeated Russia 1–0 in the final. McCoy retired from international competition in 2018 but continues to play within North America on the Pittsburgh Mighty Penguins Sled Hockey Senior team where is a player/coach. Tyler Carron is an American ice sled hockey player. Carron was born in Berthoud, Colorado. He is a bilateral amputee after a being struck by a car in high school. He won a gold medal with the American team at the 2014 Winter Paralympics and was also the member of the US ice hockey team which secured record 4th Winter Paralympic gold medal during the 2018 Winter Paralympics. Carron was banned for 18 months between March 2018 and September 2019 after testing positive for methadone at the 2018 Paralympic Games in Pyeongchang. He was also stripped of the gold medal won at the Games.
