John "Jackie" Copland (born 21 March 1947 in Paisley) is a Scottish former footballer who played as a centre back. Copland spent most of his career with St Mirren (in two spells), Stranraer and Dundee United, retiring from football in 1983 after his second spell with the Buddies.
Since retiring, Copland continued his association with St Mirren, working in various administrative roles.
He was inducted into the St Mirren Hall of Fame in 2016.

David Hay is a Scottish former football player and manager. He broke into the Celtic team in the late 1960s, as one of a generation of players who continued a highly successful era for the club. A contract dispute between Hay and Celtic led to him being transferred to Chelsea in 1974. He played in over 100 league games for Chelsea, but was forced to retire in 1979 due to a detached retina. Hay appeared in 27 international matches for Scotland, and was selected for their 1974 FIFA World Cup squad.
Darren Jackson is a Scottish former professional footballer, who played predominantly as a forward. Jackson played for several clubs in Scotland and England, including Newcastle United, Dundee United, Hibernian, Celtic and Heart of Midlothian. Jackson played 28 times for Scotland and was selected in their 1998 FIFA World Cup squad.
David Bowman is a Scottish football coach and former player. In a 12-year career with Dundee United he played in the 1987 UEFA Cup Final and won the 1993–94 Scottish Cup. At United he was also a three time Scottish Cup runner up.

Stephen James O'Donnell is a Scottish footballer who plays as a midfielder. He began his career with Dundee United, making his debut in 2002. He spent time on loan with Ross County before leaving Dundee United in 2005 to play briefly in England with Boston United. Returning to Scottish football, O'Donnell had spells with Clyde and St Mirren before joining Dundee in 2010, where he later became club captain. He rejoined Clyde in 2014 and left the club in 2015. He was a Scotland under-20 international.

He won two full caps with the Scotland national football team who he also represented in an unofficial war time match. He managed Berwick Rangers, Dunfermline Athletic, Motherwell and Dundee during the 1950s and 1960s.
Iain Jenkins is a football player and coach, who works for the Scottish Football Association (SFA) as an Elite Performance Coach. He began his playing career with Everton, from where he was loaned to Bradford City. He then went on to play for Chester City, Dundee United and Shrewsbury Town before retiring through injury after a second spell at Chester. Born in England, Jenkins was eligible to play for Northern Ireland, for whom he made six international appearances.

His senior playing career, which was delayed by the Second World War, had its high point at Dundee, where he won two Scottish League Cup winners' medals in consecutive years. Flavell won two caps for the Scotland national football team, both in 1947. He later became a manager of Ayr United, St Mirren and Albion Rovers.
