Jacob Gregory is an Indian-American actor who has appeared in Malayalam films. He made his film debut with ABCD (2013) directed by Martin Prakkat. [1] He got a breakthrough role in the TV series Akkara Kazhchakal , where he portrayed the character Gregory also known as "Giri giri". [2] Gregory has lived in New Jersey since 1990. [3]
Before his debut into the film industry, He was doing a character role in the hit sitcom Akkara Kazhchakal . His character was well received by the family audience along with the sitcom. He was able to tour across the United States, Canada, and the European Union; performing shows on a variety of stages based on Akkara Kazhchakal. A mutual friend suggested Gregory's name to Prakkat when the director was looking for someone to play the lead along with Dulquer Salmaan for the movie ABCD as Korah. [2] [3]

Jayasurya is an Indian actor, distributor, Sponsor, Model, film producer, playback singer, and impressionist, who works in the Malayalam films. He has appeared in more than 100 films and has won several awards, including a National Film Award, three Kerala State Film Awards, two Filmfare Awards South for acting and Best actor at the Cincinnati Film Festival held in Cincinnati, US. Jayasurya has also appeared in a few Tamil films.

ABCD: American-Born Confused Desi is a 2013 Indian Malayalam-language Black comedy film directed by Martin Prakkat, produced by Shibu Thameens under the banner of Thameens Films. It stars Dulquer Salmaan, Jacob Gregory, Tovino Thomas and Aparna Gopinath. The film features music composed by Gopi Sunder, cinematography is handled by Jomon T. John. The film deals about the journey of two young American Malayalees to Kerala. The title is based on the term American-Born Confused Desi. Released on 14 June 2013, the film received positive reviews and was commercially successful. It marked the first collaboration between Dulquer Salmaan and Martin Prakkat. The film was remade into Telugu in 2019 with the same name.
