Stephan van den Berg is a retired windsurfer from the Netherlands. He was world champion in 1983 and in the 1984 Summer Olympics, Long beach, California won the first Olympic Gold medal in the Windglider for the Netherlands. After that he turned professional and therefore missed the 1988 Olympics. He returned to amateurs to compete at the 1992 Olympics, Barcelona where he finished in seventh place in the Men's Lechner A-390.
Adrianus Lambertus Joseph "Bob" Maas was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles and took the Silver medal. In that same Olympics, Maas and his brother Jan Maas, competed in the Dutch Star Holland. In this series Maas took the 6th place. The Maas brothers took part at their own cost.
Mark Jacobus Louis Neeleman is a sailor from the Netherlands. Since the Netherlands did boycott the Moscow Olympic Games Neeleman represented his National Olympic Committee at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Tallinn, USSR under the Dutch NOC flag. Neeleman took 8th place in the 1980 Summer Olympics, which was boycotted by several countries. In 1984 Summer Olympics, Los Angeles Neeleman did a second attempt in the Finn and finished on the 9th place. Neeleman missed the selection for the 1988 Olympics, Pusan.
Edward Stutterheim was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country as at the 1948 Summer Olympics in Torbay. Stutterheim, as crew member on the Dutch Star BEM II, took the bronze medal with helmsman Bob Maas. The team returned in 1952 in Helsinki where they took the 7th place.
Jacobus Hermanus Hendrik Jan "Koos" de Jong was a sailor from the Netherlands. He competed in the Firefly event at the 1948 Olympics and in the Finn event at the 1952 Games and won a bronze medal in 1948, placing fourth in 1952. De Jong won several medals at European championships, including the gold in 1959.
Eurosonic Noorderslag is an annual four-day music showcase festival and conference held in January in Groningen, Netherlands. The first three days of the festival (Eurosonic) feature artists from all over Europe, the last day of the festival (Noorderslag) features only Dutch artists. The conference is held during all four days of the event. Willem Paul "Wim" van Duyl was a sailor from the Netherlands. He competed in the Dragon class at the 1948, 1952, 1960 and 1964 Olympics and finished in 8th, 6th, 13th and 13th place, respectively. He missed the 1956 Games due to their boycott by the Netherlands.
Jan Marinus Jongkind was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Enoshima. Jonkind, as crew on the Dutch Dragon took the 13th place with helmsman Wim van Duyl, fellow crew member Henny Scholtz and Dick Wayboer.
Ferdinand "Fred" Helmuth Imhoff is a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Kiel, Germany as helmsman in the Flying Dutchman Brave Henderik IV (H-230). With crew Simon Korver they took the 10th place. Imhoff was the substitute for the Dragon during the 1968 Olympics.
Jan Cornelis "Kees" Douze" was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Kiel, Germany. Kees took the 23rd place in the Finn. Later he specialized in the Star, Dutch national classes as well at the 12 foot dinghy. In 1980 Douze returned to the Olympics as substitute helmsman for the Dutch Star.
Bernard "Ben" Staartjes was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Kiel, Germany. With crew Cees Kurpershoek he took the 5th place in the Tempest. In 1976 Staartjes represent the Netherlands again in the Tempest. This time with crew Ab Ekels They took 8th place. Later Staartjes specialized in the Star.
Philippus Harco "Flip" Keegstra was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his native country as at the 1948 Summer Olympics in Torbay. Keegstra, as crew member on the Dutch Swallow St. Margrite, took the 11th place with helmsman Wim de Vries Lentsch. In 1952 Keegstra returns to the Olympics, Helsinki, in the 5.5 Metre De Ruyter. With Helmsman Wim de Vries Lentsch and fellow crew member Piet Jan van der Giessen they took the 13th place.

Abraham Everardus "Biem" Dudok van Heel was a sailor from the Netherlands. He competed in the Dragon class at the 1948, 1952 and 1960 Olympics and finished in 8th, 6th and 13th place, respectively. He missed the 1956 Games due to their boycott by the Netherlands. In 1952 he sailed alongside his younger brother Michiel Dudok van Heel.
Gijsbertus "Ben" Verhagen was a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Naples. Verhagen, as helmsman on the Dutch Flying Dutchman Daisy (H102), took 5th place with crew Gerard Lautenschutz and Jaap Helder. During the 1964 Summer Olympics in Naples and 1968 Summer Olympics in Acapulco he again helmed Daisy (H157/H187), this time with Nick de Jong, and finished in 6th and 18th place, respectively.
Nicolaas Pieter "Nick" de Jong is a retired sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Enoshima. De Jong, as crew on the Dutch Flying Dutchman Daisy (H157), took the 6th place with helmsman Ben Verhagen. During the 1968 Summer Olympics in Acapulco he crewed Daisy (H187), again with helmsman Ben Verhagen to and an 18th place in the Flying Dutchman. For the 1972 Olympics De Jong made the switch from the Flying Dutchman to crew on the Soling with helmsman Heiki Blok and Rolf Kurpershoek. This team was nominated for the games by the KNWV. The nomination however did not resulted in a selection by the Dutch NOC.
Gerardus "Gerard" Lautenschutz was a Dutch sailor who represented his country at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Naples. Lautenschutz, as crew on the Dutch Flying Dutchman Daisy (H102), took the 5th place with helmsman Ben Verhagen. After 5 races Lautenschutz needed to go home due to family circumstances. The last two races were crewed by Jaap Helder. Lautenschutz was born in Amsterdam.
Hans Sleeswijk is a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Naples in the Finn. Sleeswijk took the 24th place. In the previous Olympics in Melbourne Sleeswijk was the spare sailor for the Dutch Olympic team. However, after the Soviet invasion in Hungary the Dutch government decided that the Dutch Olympic team would not compete.
Jacob "Jaap" Helder is a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country at the 1960 Summer Olympics in Naples. After the 5th race Gerard Lautenschutz, who was crewing on the Dutch Flying Dutchman Daisy (H102), needed to go home due to family circumstances. Helder with helmsman Ben Verhagen crewed the last three races. The team took 5th place.
Hans Boudewijn Binkhorst was a Dutch sailor who represented his country at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Acapulco. Binkhorst, on the Dutch Finn, took the 19th place. Since in 1980 The Netherlands did boycott the Moscow Olympic Games Binkhorst in the Star represented his National Olympic Committee under the Dutch NOC flag. With crew member Kobus Vandenberg. They took 6th place. The last Olympic appearance of Binkhorst was during the 1984 Olympics again in the Star and this time with crew Willem van Walt Meijer. They took 8th place.
