Jacqueline Lisa Hurst (born December 1977) [3] is a British life coach, [4] author and columnist for GQ Magazine. [5] She has been quoted in the media for opinions in The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, [6] Harper's Bazaar [7] and The Times. [8] [9] Hurst is an associate member of the Royal Society of Medicine, and member of the National Guild of Hypnotists.
Hurst has been working as a life coach in London's Mayfair. [10] Her practice areas are relationships, anxiety, low confidence/self-esteem, life changes, stress management, and burnout, and advocates the works of Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, Marianne Williamson and Dr Wayne Dyer.
