Jakarta Garden City

Jakarta Garden City is a planned community at Cakung, East Jakarta, Indonesia. The township has a land area of 370 hectares. Upon completion, it will offer 7,000 landed residential properties, supported by retail and entertainment areas, international schools, hospitals, office buildings, shopping malls and other public facilities. [1] The township is being developed by PT Mitra Sindo Sukses, a subsidiary of PT Modernland Realty Tbk (IDX :  MDLN), itself owned by the Honoris family through PT Modern International Tbk (IDX :  MDRN).

Jakarta Garden City is divided into three major areas, namely Garden City with an area of 134 hectares, River Garden 100 hectares and Lake Garden with an area of 136 hectares. Lake Garden area is completed in 2007 and has about 1000 residential units. Garden City, consists of 6 clusters that have been completed and inhabited. Few clusters at the River Garden area have been completed and others are under construction. [2] Aeon Mall is expected to be opened in the township by September, 2017. [3] A Mayapada Hospital is also under construction and expected to be inaugurated within 2017. [4]

BSD City Planned township in Greater Jakarta, Indonesia

BSD City, formerly referred to Bumi Serpong Damai is a planned community located within Greater Jakarta in Indonesia. The project was initiated in 1984 by a group of private developers and started in 1989. The town is currently managed by the holding company PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk, which is owned by Sinar Mas Land, a subsidiary of the Sinar Mas Group, a large industrial conglomerate in Indonesia. It is on Jalan Puncak Indah Lontar at Pakuwon Indah Superblock complex at 30-hectare land area, at the CBD of West Surabaya. Java Integrated Industrial and Ports Estate or JIIPE is an industrial area, integrated with deep sea port, residential estate and industrial area at Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. The project is located 24 km from Surabaya. It is a Public Private Partnership development, which is jointly developed by PT Usaha Era Pratama Nusantara, a subsidiary of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk, and PT Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia, a subsidiary of state owned company Pelindo III.

Meikarta is a planned city project in Indonesia, which is aimed to become a modern city of international scale. The township is being developed by PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency. The township has land area of about 500 hectares. The project was officially launched on 17 August 2017. The project is located on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road. Meikarta expects to serve as the residential area of other industrial estates in Cikarang region such as Kota Jababeka and MM2100. Total investment for development of the township is about Rp 278 trillion.
