Daniel Jacob Hill is an American singer, rapper and metal vocalist. He has recorded under numerous names, including Jake Hill (or iamjakehill), Lil Tra$h, ur pretty, and Dixon Dallas, crossing into different genres with each personality.

Career

Hill was born in 1991or1992. [1] He is from Alabama. [2] He began rhyming songs when he was twelve years old. [3]

Under his main alias iAmJakeHill, he has released music across a variety of genres, including a mix of alternative rock, pop-punk, rap, indie-pop, and metal. [3]

As ur pretty, Hill releases pop-punk songs, [2] centered around gay lyrics. [2] He posted his first song, "Keep Riding Me," as ur pretty on October 10, 2021. He posted his second song, "I'll Never Let You Go," on December 8, 2021, which is a pop-punk themed song including lyrics about love and relationship. His next two songs, "Hit My Spot" and "Fill Me Up," are more centered on gay sex and love.

Under his Dixon Dallas persona, he teased his first country single on May 30, 2023, posting a clip to TikTok. He released the first song, "Like Whiskey", as Dallas on June 20, 2023. [2] It features frank lyrics describing gay sex. [2] Following the success of his first single, he posted another video on TikTok with a clip of his second country single, which went viral amassing over twenty million views within two months of posting, [4] [ non-primary source needed ] and "Good Lookin'" was subsequently released on June 28, 2023. When questioned about queerbaiting during an August 2023 interview with Pride, Hill shared that he enjoys producing music that is contrary to the conservative Southern culture he was raised in. [5] Hill elaborated that, "I haven't disclosed my sexuality. I could be gay. I could be straight. I could be bi. At the end of the day, I feel like it doesn't matter." [5] On August 15, 2023, he released "F-150" and "Better Without You," two more songs centering around gay love and gay sex. [6] On November 3, 2023, Hill released "Something To Feel", [7] and on February 5, 2024, "Leave This All Behind", [8] adding two more works to the Dixon Dallas discography.

The duo of Atlanta-based rappers Aqsa Malik (also known as Smoke Hijabi) and Xeno Carr self-released the song on February 12, 2018, which was later re-released by Records Co and Columbia Records on December 14, 2018. It was included on their second EP, Mood (2019). The song was produced by Carr. The song is a diss track targeting Mia Khalifa, a Lebanese-American Internet celebrity and former pornographic actress. The decision to write a song dissing Khalifa arose over a misunderstanding. A faked screenshot, intended as a joke, seemed to show Khalifa, who once appeared in a pornographic film wearing a hijab, criticizing Malik for smoking while wearing a hijab in a music video. iLoveFriday thought the screenshot was legitimate.
