Tic-tac-toe, noughts and crosses, or Xs and Os/“X’y O’sies” (Ireland), is a paper-and-pencil game for two players, X and O, who take turns marking the spaces in a 3×3 grid. The player who succeeds in placing three of their marks in a diagonal, horizontal, or vertical row is the winner. It is a solved game with a forced draw assuming best play from both players.
Sheila Cecilia Escovedo better known under the stage name Sheila E., is an American percussionist, singer, author, and actress. She began her career in the mid-1970s as a percussionist and singer for The George Duke Band. Tic Tac Toe were a German girl group formed in 1995, performing pop-rap music. Their first two albums, Tic Tac Toe and Klappe die 2te, were million-selling commercial successes and spawned major hits "Ich find' dich scheiße", "Verpiss' dich" and "Warum?". The band found biggest popularity in German speaking countries, the Netherlands and Eastern Europe. Due to numerous scandals and personal issues between the group members, Tic Tac Toe split in 2001. The band had a successful but short-lived comeback in 2005 with the hit single "Spiegel", but ultimately disbanded in 2007.

Tic&Tac is the eight album of the Jazz fusion band Area and was released in 1980. It is the first album without Demetrio Stratos as he died a year earlier, and it is generally more jazzy than progressive. This is the only album in which Larry Nocella performs. After releasing this, Area toured until 1983, then disbanded. Giulio Capiozzo in 1986 formed a jazz fusion band called Area II, but was the only original member. Area reformed officially in 1993 with a concert in Rome, as a trio, with Ares Tavolazzi, Patrizio Fariselli and Capiozzo. However, they didn't record anything new in studio until 1997 when the album "Chernobyl 7991" was released. This album is completely instrumental, save for the final track "Antes de Hablar Abra la Boca".

Ist der Ruf erst ruiniert... is the third studio album by German all-female pop-rap band Tic Tac Toe, released in 2000 by RCA Records. The title comes from a German proverb "Ist der Ruf erst ruiniert, lebt es sich ganz ungeniert" which means "Once the reputation is ruined, you can live completely free". The material was again composed and produced by Torsten Börger.
Comeback is the fourth and final studio album by German all-female pop-rap band Tic Tac Toe, released in 2006 by A One Entertainment. The album was their first in nearly a decade recorded in the original line-up, after Ricarda "Ricky" Wältken had re-joined the band.
