Jan Srdínko (born February 22, 1974) is a former Czech professional ice hockey player. Srdinko most recently was a member of HC Slovan Bratislava in the Slovak Extraliga. [1] Srdinko also played for HC Vsetín, HC Sparta Praha, Leksands IF and HC Kladno. Srdinko has been a member of six Czech Extraliga championship teams at HC Vsetín and once with HC Sparta. [2]

The Slovak Extraliga, known as the Tipos Extraliga since the 2020–21 season for sponsorship reasons, is the highest-level ice hockey league in Slovakia. From 2018–19 to 2020–21, the league included one or two teams from Hungary.
The Czechoslovak First Ice Hockey League was the elite ice hockey league in Czechoslovakia from 1936 until 1993, when the country split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Slovak Extraliga and Czech Extraliga formed from the split.
