Jane Earl was appointed to the post of Director of the Assets Recovery Agency on 5 November 2002, and took up her post on 3 February 2003. Prior to this she was chief executive of Wokingham Unitary Council from November 1999.
She has 20 years experience in local government, working for local authorities such as Elmbridge Borough Council and the London Borough of Hounslow. She worked for Reading Borough Council for five years from 1982 to 1987 and for a further six years from 1989 to 1996 which culminated in her holding the post of assistant chief executive.
Jane was regional director of Business in the Community (1996–98). Prior to this she was seconded to the Government Office for the South East creating a practical strategy for the regeneration of Thanet.

Deborah Ann Cadman OBE is the current Interim Chief Executive of Birmingham City Council since June 2021 and was the first permanent Chief Executive of the newly created West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). Cadman's appointment was announced in June 2017 and she took on the role in September of the same year, before moving to the City Council on 14 June 2021.

Kellen Eileen Kariuki is an accountant, businesswoman and corporate executive in Kenya. Since January 2015, she is the executive director and CEO of the Unclaimed Financial Assets Authority (UFAA), an agency of the central government of Kenya. The government agency, created by Act of parliament in 2011, collects unclaimed funds in the financial system, including un-cashed checks, unclaimed insurance proceeds, cash in dormant bank accounts and money in similar situations in financial institutions. The UFAA then attempts to re-unite the funds with their rightful owners or heirs, upon proper identification. In the meantime, the UFAA invests the money on behalf of the owners, to keep up with inflation.
Bridget Mary McConnell, Baroness McConnell of Glenscorrodale, is a retired Scottish cultural administrator. Prior to retirement she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Glasgow Life, the charity responsible for delivering culture and sport in Glasgow. McConnell was instrumental in Glasgow’s successful bid for and subsequent hosting of the 2014 Commonwealth Games, serving as a member of the organising committee and as the Director of Ceremonies and Culture, while overseeing infrastructure required for the games. McConnell was responsible for a major overhaul of the city’s sports, leisure, arts and cultural facilities. McConnell is the wife of former First Minister of Scotland, Jack McConnell. In 2006, she was voted #15 in The Scotsman’s power 100 list.

Carolyn Grace Downs CB is chief executive of Brent Council, London. She is the principal policy advisor to the council and senior manager with responsibility for operational issues and overseeing the council's annual expenditure of around £1 billion.
