The Cricket World Cup,officially known as ICC Men's Cricket World Cup,or simply called the World Cup is the international championship of One Day International (ODI) cricket. The event is organised by the sport's governing body,the International Cricket Council (ICC),every four years,with preliminary qualification rounds leading up to a finals tournament. The tournament is one of the world's most viewed sporting events and is considered the "flagship event of the international cricket calendar" by the ICC. Belinda Jane Clark is an Australian former cricketer and sports administrator. Starting from the format's inception in 2005,T20I status only applied to Full Members and some Associate Member teams. However,in April 2018,the ICC announced that it would grant T20I status to all its 105 members from 1 January 2019.
