Jared Benko is the current director of athletics for Georgia Southern University. He previously served as deputy athletic director for Mississippi State University, as assistant athletic director for Auburn University, and in various administrative positions for the University of Arkansas and the University of Georgia. Georgia Southern University–Armstrong Campus, formerly Armstrong State University, is a satellite campus of Georgia Southern University, a public university. Grayson Stadium

William L. Grayson Stadium is a stadium in Savannah, Georgia. It is primarily used for baseball, and is the home field of the Savannah Bananas of the Coastal Plain League collegiate summer baseball league. It was the part-time home of the Savannah State University college baseball team from 2009 to 2011. It was also used from 1927 until 1959 for the annual Thanksgiving Day game between Savannah High School and Benedictine Military School. Known as "Historic Grayson Stadium" it was built in 1926. It holds 4,000 people. It also served as the home of the Savannah Sand Gnats from 1984 to 2015.

Tiger Arena is a 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Savannah, Georgia, United States. It is home to the Savannah State University Tigers men's and women's basketball teams and women's volleyball team. Tiger Arena has previously hosted the Georgia High School Association boys and girls playoffs, the annual Georgia Athletic Coaches Association's North-South All-Star Game (2003-2008), and the Savannah Holiday Classic high school girls basketball tournament. It was also home to the Savannah Steam of American Indoor Football.
