Jason Fitzsimmons (born June 3, 1971) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender, who played six seasons in the ECHL and AHL, most notably for the South Carolina Stingrays. He is currently a professional scout for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League.
Drafted from the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League in the 11th round of the 1991 NHL Entry Draft by the Vancouver Canucks, Fitzsimmons made his professional debut with the Hamilton Canucks of the American Hockey League in the 1992-93 season. He also appeared in the AHL with the Cape Breton Oilers, Syracuse Crunch and Rochester Americans.
Fitzsimmons suited up with the Columbus Chill, but found most of his professional success as a goaltender with the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL. Fitzsimmons was named the Most Valuable Player of the 1997 ECHL Playoffs, backstopping South Carolina to the 1997 Kelly Cup Championship.
Fitzsimmons is also a member of the Hall of Fame for the Moose Jaw Warriors and South Carolina Stingrays.
Starting with the 1998-99 season, Fitzsimmons was the assistant coach of the South Carolina Stingrays. Following the 2001-02 season, he was promoted to head coach. The 'Rays saw much regular season success under Fitzsimmons' coaching, seeing 188 wins in the five seasons he was coach. However, the Stingrays didn't advance past the second round of the playoffs, and didn't qualify for the playoffs in his final season as coach.
At the end of the 2006-07 season, Fitzsimmons stepped down as head coach, and assistant coach and former Stingray Jared Bednar became the head coach. He has since become a scout for the Stingrays' NHL affiliate, the Washington Capitals. [1]
The South Carolina Stingrays are a professional minor league ice hockey team based in North Charleston, South Carolina. The Stingrays play in the South Division of the ECHL's Eastern Conference. They play their home games at the North Charleston Coliseum. The Carolina Ice Palace, also located in North Charleston, serves as a practice facility and backup arena. Established in 1993, the team has been owned by a group of local businesses since 1995. The team was affiliated with the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League and the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League from 2004 to July 2012, when the Capitals announced their affiliation with the ECHL's Reading Royals. On June 26, 2014, the Washington Capitals announced an affiliation agreement with the Stingrays for the 2014–15 season.

Nolan Baumgartner is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. He was formerly an assistant coach with the Vancouver Canucks of the National Hockey League (NHL). Baumgartner was selected by the Washington Capitals in the 1st round of the 1994 NHL Entry Draft. He played parts of ten seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for six different teams between 1995 and 2010. Baumgartner played only one full season in the NHL, 2005–06 with the Vancouver Canucks, and spent most of his playing career in the AHL.
Timothy Robert Hunter is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player, and head coach most recently the head coach of the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League (WHL), having previously served as an assistant coach in the National Hockey League (NHL), most recently for the Washington Capitals. Chosen in the 3rd round of the 1979 NHL Entry Draft by the Atlanta Flames, Hunter went on to a 16-season playing career with the Calgary Flames, Quebec Nordiques, Vancouver Canucks, and San Jose Sharks.

He previously coached the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League, leading them to a Calder Cup championship in 2015–16. He also led the South Carolina Stingrays of the ECHL to a Kelly Cup championship in the 2008–09 season. Bednar won the Stanley Cup with Colorado in 2022, becoming the first coach to win the current ECHL, AHL, and NHL trophies.
Eddie Läck is a Swedish former professional ice hockey goaltender. He serves as an assistant head coach of the Arizona State Sun Devils, and is also currently a real estate agent in the Scottsdale, Arizona region. Läck, a goaltender, played in Sweden for Leksands IF of the HockeyAllsvenskan and Brynäs IF of the Elitserien before moving to the National Hockey League (NHL) where he played for the Vancouver Canucks, Carolina Hurricanes, Calgary Flames and New Jersey Devils. After going undrafted in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, he signed as a free agent with the Vancouver Canucks in 2010. He was assigned to the Manitoba Moose in his first season with the Canucks organization and was named to the American Hockey League's 2010–11 All-Rookie Team. He is nicknamed "The Stork", in reference to his tall stature and long legs.

Internationally, Cannata has represented the United States at the IIHF World Under-18 Championship in Kazan, Russia.
