Javier Silvano Arce Arias (born 28 February 1957) is a Peruvian football manager.
After beginning his career as a fitness coach, Arce was named manager of José Gálvez in March 2012, in the place of Wilmar Valencia. [1] He then coached Defensor San Alejandro (two times), Unión Comercio (two times), [2] UTC, [3] Sport Loreto, [4] Unión Huaral, [5] Deportivo Garcilaso, Comerciantes Unidos, Binacional (two times), [6] [7] [8] [9] Cusco, [10] [11] Atlético Grau [12] and Sport Huancayo. [13] With Binacional he won the 2019 Apertura title.
