Jayesh Nair (born 3 March 1980) is an Indian cinematographer who primarily works in the Hindi and Malayalam film industries. An alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, and the Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai. [1] [2]
Jayesh started his career by working as an assistant to cinematographer Kiran Deohans on advertisement films. Soon after graduating from the film institute, he started working with cinematographer Rajeev Ravi. shot his first independent feature film in Malayalam, North 24 Kaatham. Which won National Film Awards for Best Feature Film in Malayalam in 2013.

Malayalam cinema is the segment of Indian cinema dedicated to the production of motion pictures in the Malayalam language widely spoken in the state of Kerala, India. In 1982, Elippathayam won the Sutherland Trophy at the London Film Festival, and Most Original Imaginative Film of 1982 by the British Film Institute. Rajiv Anchal's Guru (1997), Salim Ahamed's Adaminte Makan Abu (2011), Lijo Jose Pellissery's Jallikkattu (2019) and Jude Anthany Joseph’s 2018 (2023) were Malayalam films sent by India as its official entries for the Best Foreign Language Film category at the Academy Awards.
Muhammad Kutty Panaparambil Ismail, known mononymously by the hypocorism Mammootty ), is an Indian actor and film producer who works predominantly in Malayalam and Tamil language films. He has also appeared in Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, and English-language productions. In a career spanning five decades, he has acted in more than 400 films. He is the recipient of several accolades, including three National Film Awards, eight Kerala State Film Awards, eleven Kerala Film Critics Awards and thirteen Filmfare Awards South. For his contribution to film, the Government of India awarded him the Padma Shri in 1998. In 2022, he was honoured with Kerala Prabha Award, the second-highest honour given by the Government of Kerala.
Navya Nair is an Indian actress who has appeared predominantly in Malayalam cinema along with Kannada and Tamil language films. Ravi K. Chandran is an Indian cinematographer and film director who predominantly works in Hindi, Malayalam, and Tamil-language cinema. He is the founding member of the Indian Society of Cinematographers (ISC) and has won two Filmfare Awards and one Southern Filmfare Award.
K. Ramachandra Babu was an Indian cinematographer of over 125 films, out of which most are Malayalam films. He also worked for films in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Arabic and English languages. Annayum Rasoolum is a 2013 Indian Malayalam-language romantic drama film directed by Rajeev Ravi and written by Santhosh Echikkanam from a story by Ravi. Lord Livingstone 7000 Kandi is a 2015 Indian Malayalam-language fantasy-adventure written and directed by Anil Radhakrishnan Menon.
