Early life

Reed attended Martin Luther King Jr. High School in Detroit, Michigan. He committed to Penn State University to play college football. [1] [2]

College career

As a true freshman at Penn State in 2021, Reed played in eight games and had six tackles. As a sophomore in 2022, he played in all 13 games and had 31 tackles. [3] Reed started all 13 games as a junior in 2023 and finished with 46 tackles, two interceptions and one sack. [4] He returned as a starter his senior year in 2024. [5] [6] [7]
