Jazreel Tan Shi Hua (born 12 September 1989) is a Singaporean athlete and captain of the National Bowling Team. She has represented at school level Methodist Girls' Secondary, Singapore Sports School, Wichita State University, and Singapore and all National levels including Asian Schools, National Youth and National Team.
Tan is Singapore's youngest National Champion that led her to be selected to the National Squad at just age 14. Tan won her first Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA) Tour Title in 2014 and reach the Stepladder Finals of the US Women's Open and winning 3rd place in 2015. [2] [3]
Tan is the youngest daughter in a family of 2, daughter of Tan Boon Siong and Tang Yong Choo, and picked up bowling at the age of 10 after following in her brother Andrew Tan's footsteps. She was formerly a school and club swimmer for Tao Nan Primary School, Chinese Swimming Club and Singapore Swimming Club and was amongst the top 3 fastest of her age group, winning many medals and trophies. Tan switched full-time to bowling, she continued her sporting excellence and is a two-time Singapore Sportsgirl of the Year, Asian Games Gold Medallist, World Women's Championship Masters Silver Medallist, 3-time US Collegiate Bowler of the Year and MVP and also American Amateur Bowler of the Year.
Tan attended Methodist Girls' Secondary for two years and enrolled in the newly opened Singapore Sports School. In Sports School, she was in a "through train" program where she attended AUT and received a diploma in Sports Science. Upon graduation, she studied Sports Management at the Nanyang Technological University. Tan was offered a scholarship by Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas which she took up.
Tan was awarded the 2010 Female Collegiate Rookie of the Year and was included in the Collegiate 1st Team All-American the same year.
Tan graduated magna cum laude in Sports Management and returned to Singapore in 2013 to bowl full-time under the Singapore National Olympic Council SPEX program. At the 2014 Asian Games in Incheon, Tan won a gold, two silvers and a bronze and was Singapore's most medalled athlete. [4]
In 2015, Tan was named Bowler of the Year by the Singapore Bowling Federation. [5] She was the bowling captain at the 2015 Southeast Asian Games which was held in Singapore. At the ending segment of the Opening Ceremony of the Games, Jazreel represented Team Singapore alongside other athletes from each country. Tan won three silvers in the singles, trios and team of five, and finally the gold medal in the woman's masters. [6] [7] [8] [9]
Tan also won the 2015 Lubbock Sports Open. [10]
In 2018, Tan defeated teammate, Joey Yeo, to win the 50th Singapore Open. [11]
Li Jiawei is a retired Chinese-born former Singaporean table tennis player, four-time Olympian and twice Olympic medalist. She trained in Beijing's famous Shichahai Sports School with Olympic medalist Zhang Yining. In 1995, she moved to Singapore and in the following year, she commenced her international career as a competitive table tennis player. She became a Singapore citizen at the age of 18 years under the Foreign Sports Talent Scheme.
Diandra Hyman Asbaty is an American bowler who represented Team USA for fifteen years and was United States Amateur Champion in 1999 and 2006. She is also an official youth bowling spokesperson for the United States Bowling Congress (USBC). She competed in the PBA Women's Series from 2007 to 2010, winning two titles in that span. She also won the 2012 USBC Queens major tournament and continues to compete in PWBA tournaments. Asbaty has been elected to the USBC Hall of Fame.
Clara Juliana Guerrero Londoño is a right-handed Colombian ten-pin bowler who has won Colombian championships and multiple international championships. She has been a member of Team Colombia for twenty years, and another half dozen years on Junior Team Colombia. She has one title on the PWBA Tour since the rebirth of the Professional Women's Bowling Association in 2015.
Kim Adler is an American Ten-pin bowling professional who was a member of the Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA). The right-hander is considered one of the top female bowling players of all time, competing professionally from 1991–2003 and collecting 16 national PWBA titles, including major tournament wins at the 1996 Hammer LPBT Players Championship, 1997 Sam's Town Invitational and the 1999 U.S. Women's Open. In addition to her PWBA accomplishments, Adler placed first in Classic All-Events at the 2004 USBC Women's Open Championships.
Kelly Kulick is an American professional bowler and sportscaster. She has won ten professional women's bowling titles, one PBA Tour title and a professional mixed doubles title. Kulick is the first woman ever to win a regular Professional Bowlers Association tour title and the only woman to win a major PBA Tour tournament. She is a 14-time member of Team USA. Kulick is currently a pro staff member for Storm Bowling, Vise grips and High 5 gear.
Carolyn Dorin-Ballard is one of the top female ten-pin bowlers in the world. She is a member of the Professional Women's Bowling Association and has bowled in PBA Tournaments as well. She was an exempt competitor in the 2008–09 and 2009-10 PBA Women's Series seasons, which were sponsored by the United States Bowling Congress (USBC). Between the PWBA and the PBA Women's Series, she has won 22 professional titles. Carolyn was a 2007 inductee into the USBC Hall of Fame.

Elizabeth Ann Johnson is an American professional bowler. She first became known as an 11-time winner on the Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA) Tour, which included the first of her six U.S. Women's Open titles in 1996, before that organization suspended operations in 2003.
Datuk Shalin Zulkifli is a Malaysian professional ten pin bowler. She has played and won various national and international tournaments, and has at various points in her career ranked No. 1 of the professional ten pin bowlers in Malaysia and Asia.
Olivia "Bong" Coo is a Filipino sports administrator and retired professional bowler. She is regarded as the most decorated Filipino athlete. As a member of the Philippine national team, she has amassed a total of 78 medals won in regional and world competitions, 37 of which were gold medals. She is a 4-time world champion and a World Bowling Hall of Fame and Philippine Sports Hall of Fame member.
Laurentia Tan Yen Yi BBM PBM, is a Singaporean para-equestrian competitor. Tan developed cerebral palsy and profound deafness after birth, and moved to the United Kingdom with her parents at the age of three. She took up horse riding aged five years as a form of physiotherapy. She subsequently completed her A-levels at the Mary Hare Grammar School, a residential special school for the deaf, and graduated with an honours degree from Oxford Brookes University in hospitality management and tourism.
Shannon O'Keefe is an American professional bowler and bowling coach now living in Shiloh, Illinois, who has competed in the United States and internationally. She is an 18-time member of Team USA (2005–present) and an eight-time World Champion. She also won the 54th QubicaAMF World Cup in 2018 in Las Vegas. Shannon also won the 2019 Doubles gold medal at the Pan American Games in Peru.
Rocío del Pilar Restrepo Lugo is a Colombian ten-pin bowler who now resides in the United States. She bowls professionally on the Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA) Tour, and also internationally as a member of Team Colombia.
Danielle McEwan is an American professional ten-pin bowler from Stony Point, New York. She currently competes on the PWBA Tour and in some events on the PBA Tour. She has been a member of Junior Team USA, and is currently a member of Team USA.
Shannon Pluhowsky is an American left-handed ten-pin bowler who competes in the Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA) and internationally. Pluhowsky is a 21-time member of Team USA (2001–2021), and a former four-time member of Junior Team USA (2000–2003). Pluhowsky has six professional championships, including major wins at the 2006 USBC Queens in Reno, Nevada, the 2014 BPAA Women's All-Star in Rockford, Illinois, and the 2021 PWBA Tour Championship in Reno, Nevada.

She won the AMF Bowling World Cup in 1996 in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and voted Bowler of the Year by the World Bowling Writers the same year. She was inducted to the World Bowling Writers' International Hall of Fame in 1998.
Josie Barnes is one of the top female professional ten-pin bowlers currently competing in the Professional Women's Bowling Association (PWBA). She has four PWBA Tour titles to date, including a major championship at the 2021 U.S. Women’s Open, in which she won a PWBA-record $100,000 first prize. Barnes is a nine-time member of Team USA, and is also the associate head coach for the women’s bowling team at her alma mater, Vanderbilt University.
