Jeff Payne (born 25 September 1938) is a Bermudian middle-distance runner. He competed in the men's 1500 metres at the 1968 Summer Olympics. [1]

As the peer-elected team captain, Jeff earned a gold medal in the men's 4×200-meter freestyle relay, and finished fourth in the individual 200-meter freestyle event.
