James was born in Palm Springs, California, the son of Jaime, a laboratory technician, and Shane James, an actor. [1]
James began his acting career in the 1997 film As Good as It Gets , a role for which he won the Hollywood Reporter Young Star award.[ citation needed ] His career continued with his role in the 2001 film Blow , as the child version of Johnny Depp's character, and Pearl Harbor , in which he played the young version of Ben Affleck's character. James acted in the 2004 film The Butterfly Effect as the young Tommy Miller and The Amityville Horror . His television work includes Life and In Plain Sight , and he has become involved in the independent film community with projects such as Exodus Fall and Hickory Nation . [2]
In 2008 James starred in and was an executive producer for the short film Manifest Destiny.

Scary Movie 2 is a 2001 American supernatural parody film directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans. It is the sequel to Scary Movie and the second film in the Scary Movie film series. The film stars Anna Faris, Regina Hall, Shawn Wayans and Marlon Wayans, as well as Tim Curry, Tori Spelling, Chris Elliott, Chris Masterson, Kathleen Robertson, David Cross and James Woods. The film is the last in the series to feature the involvement of stars Marlon and Shawn Wayans, and director Keenan. Marlon would eventually go on to produce a similar horror-themed parody, A Haunted House, and its sequel, both starring himself. In the latter film, Wayans pokes fun at the Scary Movie series' decline in quality after his family's departure.

It is the second film in the Amityville Horror film series and a loose prequel to The Amityville Horror (1979), set at 112 Ocean Avenue and featuring the fictional Montelli family, loosely based on the DeFeo family. It follows the Montelli family's decline under apparent demonic forces present in their home.

Richard Allan "Ricky" Kasso Jr., also known as The Acid King, was an American murderer who killed his 17-year-old friend Gary Lauwers in Northport, New York on June 19, 1984. Two other teens, Jimmy Troiano and Albert Quiñones, were present at the murder, which took place in the Aztakea Woods of Northport while all four were under the influence of what they believed to be mescaline, but was most likely LSD.
Alexander Doduk is an American voice actor and former child actor who is well known for his roles in the films: Barbie in the Nutcracker (2001), Scary Godmother (2003), The Impossible Elephant (2001) and in the Animated series Brain Powered. He was the first voice of Lan Hikari for 14 episodes on the English version of Megaman NT Warrior before Brad Swaile became the voice for Lan. Doduk has voiced in other English dubs of anime, such as Inuyasha and the Ocean dub of Escaflowne. He was also José on Cybersix. He provided the voice of Vega Obscura in the English version of Zoids: New Century Zero. In 2000, Doduk voiced Jake Spankenheimer in Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer.

The film follows a young couple who purchase a home haunted by combative supernatural forces. It is based on Jay Anson's 1977 book of the same name, which documented the alleged paranormal experiences of the Lutz family who briefly resided in the Amityville, New York home where Ronald DeFeo Jr. committed the mass murder of his family in 1974. It is the first entry in the long-running Amityville Horror film series, and was remade in 2005.

Mark Palansky is a Canadian film director and screenwriter. He got his start working as an assistant director on titan film productions such as Armageddon and Pearl Harbor. He then worked as a second unit director on The Island and The Amityville Horror.
Peter Washington is a jazz double bassist. He played with the Westchester Community Symphony at the age of 14. Later he played electric bass in rock bands. He attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he majored in English Literature, and performed with the San Francisco Youth Symphony and the UC Symphony Orchestra. His growing interest in jazz led him to play with John Handy, Bobby Hutcherson, Harold Land, Frank Morgan, Ernestine Anderson, Chris Connor and other Bay Area luminaries. In 1986 he joined Art Blakey and The Jazz Messengers and moved to New York City. Beginning in the 1990s, he toured with the Tommy Flanagan trio until Flanagan's death in 2001, and has played with the Bill Charlap trio since 1997. He was a founding member of the collective hard bop sextet One for All and is a visiting artist with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.
