Joshua Thomas McDaniels is an American football coach who is the head coach for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). During McDaniels' first stint as offensive coordinator from 2006 to 2008, New England set the record for points scored and became the first team to win all 16 regular season games in 2007. He played college football and college baseball at the University of Minnesota, and was drafted by the Denver Broncos in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
