Hanka Kupfernagel is a retired German professional cycle racer. During most of her career her primary focus was cyclo-cross racing, however, she has also won major road, track and mountain bike races. She has won seven consecutive medals at the UCI Women's Cyclo-cross World Championships, including three gold medals for 2000, 2001 and 2005; two silver medals in 2002 and 2003; and the bronze medal in 2004. Her major career victories also include a gold medal in the individual time trial competition at the 2007 UCI Road World Championships in Stuttgart and a silver medal in the road race at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
Katie Compton is an American former bicycle racer. She specialized in cyclo-cross racing and is a 15-time national champion. Compton formerly piloted a tandem with a blind partner in Paralympic events.
Eleonora Maria "Ellen" van Dijk is a Dutch professional road racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam Trek–Segafredo. Besides road cycling she was also a track cyclist until 2012. Van Dijk is known as a time trial specialist and is five times world champion. She won her first world title on the track in the scratch race in 2008. She became Road World Champion in 2012, 2013 and 2016 with her respective trade teams in the team time trial and in 2013 also in the individual time trial. In 2015, she won the time trial at the first European Games and the silver medal in the team time trial at the world championships.

Nikki Louise Brammeier is an English former professional racing cyclist from Draycott, Derbyshire. She began cycling at five and has won championships in various disciplines. Brammeier has competed in international events including the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics and the Commonwealth Games. She won her first UCI Cyclo-cross World Cup in 2015 at Cyclo-cross Namur.

Ferrand-Prévot has also competed in road bicycle racing and cyclo-cross during her career, winning the world title in each discipline. During the 2015 season, aged just 23, she became the first person ever – in the history of cycling – to simultaneously hold the World road title, World cyclo-cross title and World cross-country mountain bike title.
Jolien D'hoore is a Belgian former track and road cyclist, who rode professionally between 2007 and 2021 for the Topsport Vlaanderen–Ridley, Lotto–Belisol Ladies, Wiggle High5, Mitchelton–Scott and SD Worx teams. D'hoore is a 29-time national track champion as well as a four-time national road champion at all competition levels. She won the bronze medal in the omnium at the 2016 Olympics and during her career was one of the strongest sprinters in the women's peloton. Since retiring as a rider, D'hoore now works as a directeur sportif for UCI Women's Continental Team AG Insurance–NXTG.

Maria Jongeling is a Dutch road and track racing cyclist. As a junior, she won a gold medal at the Track World Championships in the individual pursuit. She also became three years in a row national track champion in the individual pursuit and won in the 1994 the Dutch National Time Trial Championships. She participated at the UCI Road World Championships in the time trial in 1994 and 1995 She is the older sister of Jet Jongeling, who won the Dutch National Time Trials in 1995.
Lotte Kopecky is a Belgian road and track racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam SD Worx. In December 2017, she was named the Belgian Talent of the Year. She is a multiple world champion on the track, having won golds in the points race in 2021 and the madison in 2017. She participated in the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, finishing 4th in the individual road race. In 2022, she won the Strade Bianche and Tour of Flanders classics.
Natascha Knaven-den Ouden is a cyclist, physical therapist and cycling team manager from the Netherlands. Den Ouden is a four time Dutch National Cyclo-cross Champion. In her active days there weren't any international cyclo-cross championships yet. She won silver in the individual pursuit, at the 1989 World Juniors Track Cycling Championships in Moscow. At that tournament she became friends with Servais Knaven, with whom she married and got four cycling daughters: Britt, Senne, Mirre and Fee. They all ride for AG Insurance-NXTG, the development team of which Den Ouden is the owner, co-founder and team manager.
Varvara Fasoi is a Greek cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Eneicat–RBH Global–Martín Villa. She competed at the UCI Road World Championships on five occasions between 2014 and 2019.
Tereza Medveďová is a Slovak professional racing cyclist, who most recently rode for UCI Women's Continental Team WCC Team.
Emma White is an American former professional racing cyclist, who last rode for UCI Women's Continental Team Rally Cycling.
Lara Gillespie is an Irish professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team IBCT. At the 2019 UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships, Gillespie won a bronze medal in the individual pursuit. She rode in the women's team pursuit event at the 2020 UCI Track Cycling World Championships in Berlin, Germany.
