Jill E. Fisch is the Saul A. Fox Distinguished Professor of Business Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School,and Co-Director of the Institute for Law &Economics in the Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Fisch attended Cornell University (B.A. 1982) and Yale Law School (J.D. 1985). [1] [2]
Fisch is the Saul A. Fox Distinguished Professor of Business Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, [3] and Co-Director,of the Institute for Law &Economics in the Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. [1] Earlier in her career she held the Fordham University School of Law T.J. Maloney Chair in Business Law, [4] and was the Founding Director of the Fordham Corporate Law Center. [1] [2]

Maureen Patricia O'Hara is an American financial economist. O'Hara is the Robert W. Purcell Professor of Management,a professor of finance,and acting director in Graduate Studies at the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University. She has won numerous awards and grants for her research,served on numerous boards,served as an editor for numerous finance journals,and chaired the dissertations of numerous students. In addition,she is well known as the author of Market Microstructure Theory. She was the first female president of the American Finance Association. She has been awarded honorary doctorates from three European universities.
Lawrence A. Cunningham is the Director of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware. He is a corporate director and advisor,author,professor and lawyer. He is the founder and managing partner of the Quality Shareholders Group and special counsel with an international law firm. Cunningham is best known as an expert on corporate governance. He is also known for his knowledge of the history and corporate culture of Berkshire Hathaway and Warren Buffett. He has served on the board of directors of many companies,including Constellation Software,Kelly Group Partners,and Markel Group.

Stijn Claessens is a Dutch economist who currently serves as the Head of Financial Stability Policy department of the Bank for International Settlements. He worked for fourteen years at World Bank beginning in 1987 until 2001 where he assumed various positions including that of Lead Economist. Following his tenure at the World Bank he became Professor of International Finance Policy at the University of Amsterdam where he remained for three years and still is on the faculty. It's a non-fictional book written by Peter Cappelli,Harbir Singh,Jitendra Singh and Michael Useem of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. The book was released in the United States on March 23,2010,and was released in India in May 2010. The India Way primarily focuses on the contrast in business management styles between the U.S. and India. Topics discussed in the book include topics such as leadership skills,company governance,human resources management and innovation. The authors’conclusions are based on an analysis of nearly 130 interviews conducted with Indian CEOs and executives.
Lynn Andrea Stout was an American corporate law scholar. She was a Distinguished Professor of Corporate &Business Law at the Cornell Law School and,before that,the Paul Hastings Professor of Corporate and Securities Law at UCLA Law School. She specialized in researching,writing about,lecturing on,and teaching corporate law,securities and derivatives regulation,law and economics,business ethics,and prosocial behavior in relation to the law. She died on April 16,2018,at the age of 60 following a long struggle with cancer.
