Jimmy Lidberg (born 13 April 1982) is a Swedish former Greco-Roman wrestler. He is an Olympic bronze medalist and won several World and European Championship medals as well.
Lidberg grew up in Farsta and on Södermalm in Stockholm and won several titles in wrestling. His older brother Martin Lidberg is also a former professional wrestler, who has been a world champion, two-time European champion and 19-time Swedish champion. Jimmy Lidberg won his first senior Swedish Championship when he was 17 years old.
He has won three straight European Wrestling Championships medals and three straight World Wrestling Championships medals, while later winning a fourth World Championship medal. Overall, he has won eight consecutive medals from international senior championships. Lidberg was ranked at the top 3 in the world in his weight class in 2007, 2009, and 2012. He won the bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the men's Greco-Roman 96 kg category.
In January 2013, he announced that he was retiring from wrestling. As of April 2013 he is head coach of the Norwegian Wrestling Federation. [1] In addition to being a physical trainer and coach, Lidberg also started two companies. He co-founded with two friends the club Huddinge Brottarklubb.
Between 2017 and 2021, Lidberg worked as the fitness coach for football club Hammarby IF in Allsvenskan, Sweden's first tier. [2]

Lidberg has two children and is the younger brother of fellow wrestler Martin Lidberg.

Armen Nazaryan is an Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler who later represented Bulgaria. Nazaryan is a two-time Olympic Champion, a three-time World Champion, and a six-time European Champion. After Armenia regained independence in 1991, Nazaryan became the first Olympic gold medalist for the country. He was recognized by the FILA as the best wrestler of the year in 1998 and 2003. In 2007, Nazaryan was inducted as a member of the FILA Hall of Fame.
Martin Johan Lidberg is a Swedish former professional wrestler. He is a world champion, two-time European champion as well as 19-time Swedish champion. He has competed in the olympics three times. In 2007 he won Let's Dance 2007 in Sweden together with his dancing partner Cecilia Ehrling, defeating Tobbe Blom, host of Idol 2005. Lidberg and Ehrling represented Sweden in the Eurovision Dance Contest 2007, where they placed 14th.

Tsimafei Aliaksandravich Dzeinichenka is an amateur Belarusian Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's heavyweight category. He won a silver medal for his division at the 2010 European Wrestling Championships in Baku, Azerbaijan, and eventually defeated Armenia's Artur Aleksanyan for the gold at the 2011 European Wrestling Championships in Dortmund, Germany. He also captured a silver medal in the same division at the 2010 World Wrestling Championships in Moscow, Russia, losing out to Iran's Amir Aliakbari. Dzeinichenka is a member of the wrestling team for Dynamo Homel, and is coached and trained by Ihar Piatrenka.
Elis Guri is a Bulgarian Greco-Roman style wrestler of Albanian descent. He was the 2011 World Champion, a two-time bronze medalist of European championships, and a participant in three summer Olympic Games.
Abraham Kurland was a Danish Olympic silver medalist wrestler. Kurland won 12 Denmark championships from 1932-49, won a silver medal in lightweight Greco Roman wrestling at the 1932 Olympics and a gold medal in lightweight at the 1932 Maccabiah Games in Mandatory Palestine, won a gold medal at the 1934 European Wrestling Championships in Greco-Roman and a bronze medal in freestyle, and won a silver medal at the 1935 European Wrestling Championships.
Stig-André Berge is a Norwegian Greco-Roman wrestling coach and former wrestler, who competed in the categories between 59–63 kg. He is a three-time Olympian and won a bronze medal in the men's Greco-Roman 59 kg at the 2016 Summer Olympics. Berge is also a World Championships bronze medallist and three-time European Championships silver medallist.
Frank Stäbler is a German Greco-Roman wrestler. He won the 2012 European Championship and 2015 World Championship in the welterweight category. Stäbler trains at TSV Musberg in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Germany, coached by Janis Zamanduridis from the national wrestling team.
Shalva Gadabadze is an amateur Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestler, who competes in the men's light heavyweight category. He won a silver medal for the 84 kg division at the 2010 Asian Wrestling Championships in Delhi, India, losing out to South Korea's Lee Se-Yeol. Saikawa is also a member of Ryomo Yakult Wrestling Club, and is coached and trained by former Asian Games light heavyweight champion and two-time Olympian Shingo Matsumoto.
Gocha Tsitsiashvili is a retired amateur Israeli Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's light heavyweight category. Considering one of the world's top Greco-Roman wrestlers in his decade, Tsitsiashvili had claimed numerous medals in the international scene, including his prestigious gold from the 2003 World Wrestling Championships, and later represented as part of the Israeli team in three editions of the Olympic Games. Tsitsiashvili also became a member of the Hapoel Be'er Sheva Club under his personal coach Yakov Masin.
Xenofon Koutsioumpas is an amateur Greek Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's super heavyweight category. Koutsioumpas has claimed two medals at the Mediterranean Games, a bronze in the 120-kg division at the 2001 World Wrestling Championships in Patras, and has been selected to the nation's Olympic wrestling team when Greece hosted the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. Throughout his sporting career, Koutsioumpas, along with his younger brother Georgios, trained as a member of the Greco-Roman wrestling team for Olympiacos F.C. in Piraeus, with whom he won the European CELA Cup in 2006. Since 2012 they have been training at Atlas Mytilenes under their head coach Sotirios Petrakis.
Dimitrios Avramis is a retired amateur Greek Greco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's light heavyweight category. Dimitrios Avramis has claimed a silver medal in the 76-kg division at the 1997 Mediterranean Games in Bari, Italy, picked up a bronze at the 1999 World Wrestling Championships in Athens, and later represented his nation Greece in two editions of the Olympic Games.
Mohammad Reza Babulfath is a Swedish retired amateurGreco-Roman wrestler, who competed in the men's middleweight category. Babulfath obtained a fourth position in the 74-kg division at the 2003 European Championships in Riga, Latvia, and also represented his naturalized homeland Sweden at the 2004 Summer Olympics. Before his sporting career ended in 2008, Babulfath trained for Spårvägens Sports Club in Stockholm, under Polish-born personal coach Ryszard Swierad.
